Very friendly, relaxed atmostphere. The bedroom decor was lovely. There was no socket anywhere near the one mirror in the bedroom which made drying and styling hair very difficult. The window ledges in the bar were very dusty and had several dead flies on them. |

Good location for Manchester city. Generally the hotel is "tired" and badly needs refurbishing. I very much doubt it is a three star hotel. |

Great hotel in the city but with a secluded country atmosphere. Excellent menu and really good food, great bar with ample selection. Friendly welcoming staff, in fact a gem of a place tucked away off the main road. Beats the clinical H's M's and CP's hands down. Will use again with pleasure. Convenient for the airport. Nothing bad about the place |

we were kept awake until 2 in the morning because of the guests in the next room and then woken at 5 when one of the next room guests could not get back into the room so proceeded to bang on the door very loudly. Definitely not the best nights sleep we have had, what has happened to consideration for others? |

The proximity to Sale station and parking facilities at the hotel. I thought that the bar was untidy and not very clean. |
