Close to Baker Street Underground. Nice bathroom with a strong shower
Tired and forlorn room with a disgustingly dirty carpet. Pillows like rocks!
The location is excellent, very close to Marylebone and Baker Street stations. There's lots to see and do in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Dreadful elevator/lift, which seems 100 years old and isn't always working. Not nice if you have heavy luggage. The room itself felt dirty. The carpet looked grubby. The TV was tiny.
Location, public rooms, staff, breakfast
Grubby room, badly in need of decoration/refurbishment Small rooms
Location ok and the breakfast was very good.
The rooms are expensive, very tiny. Wifi & tv does not work well. The hotel is not clean especially the carpets. Ok for one night, but certainly wouldn't want to stay longer.
A good location for attractions Comfortable beds Free teas and coffee
Wi-fi was flaky and initially didn't work Can be noisy from traffic and morning breakfast
People working in this hotel are all kind.
I feel sorry for someone working there as they were all kind, but I have to say that this hotel is under expectation. No AC, no heating control. No towel change for 3 days without asking. Towel smells like fish.(I don't know why, but it's disgusting.) And it seems that they don't clean the shower booth at all. No electric pot. And don't expect the breakfast. Coffee machine looks too old. I wondered whether it is ok to drink coffee from the machine. This is not 3 star hotel. It is inn with a star or 2.
This hotel should be shut down very very dirty this hotel should be instepted by environment health I would rather sleep in a cardboard box said my daughter!!
The beds were comfy and very clean The staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfast was very good Lots of information leaflets in reception Free wifi Clean bathroom & big fluffy towels
Small hot room and windows didn't open Lot of noise from traffic Carpets very worn and shabby Doors shabby
Good location very close to London business school. With Very basic facilities like breakfast, cleans, room size.
No FRIDGE, No Air conditioning.
convenient for venue and underground. Able to leave bags whilst we went sightseeing even though we had checked out. Helpful staff and good breakfast.
Rooms are tight and basic but satisfactory.
The location is excellent.
Rooms a bit small and the lift is too small.
Staff, amenities and position were great. My husband loved the breakfast.
The bed was very uncomfortable have been having back problems requiring treatment since returning home. Never had back pain before.
1. Location 2. Friendly staff 3. Reasonable price
1. Lack of WiFi
Proximity to venue, friendly staff
Tiny room, incredibly noisy location, no gluten-free option for breakfast (although noted at time of booking), dirty carpets, peeling wallpaper
Good location, friendly and helpful staff. There was tea and coffee available all the time, free
No air condition, because it was hot we had to open the window and it was noisy. But when i asked for a fan they provided it. ( At the reception they said there were fans in the room but there wasn't) Breakfast could have been varied
Close (walk) to Lords Cricket Ground. I was attending a Test Match.
No air conditioning. Okay unless it is hot and humid and it was during y stay.
No air conn on a really hot sticky night.
size of bathroom in room 105 too small and wc pan is too close to the side wall for comfort
- a litte dirty - window in the bathroom was not possible to close
The smallest room I've ever stayed in with the tinyist TV - but then why would I need more!
Very clean, super comftable bed, nice staff
Excellent location. Good and varied breakfast menu. Breakfast area was clean and well kept. Facility to leave luggage after checkout. Easy access to tea and coffee. Room was clean and reasonably well appointed.
Double room was fairly small. Not enough floor space to comfortably open suitcases. Tiny lift. Could only fit 1 person and a suitcase. Breakfast area could do with a bin to deposit teabags etc. after tea/coffee making.
Location great for wembly stadium and close to tube
Room a little tired.
Good central location
Our room leaked when we arrived, after talking to the staff we were told this was comon when it rained. For the price they should get their rooms sorted, noisy dirty rooms would not recommend.
No space in the room and outside was hot so very hot inside despite being supplied with a small fan cooler.
