The location, and the staff on front desk were polite. Mostly everything, the room wasnt disgusting but I didnt enjoy my stay, bathroom was dirty. The tele was tiny. The room we slept in seemed clean the sheets were changed an fresh towels but the shower was dirty, and very small and the beds were very uncomfortable we didnt get alot of sleep over the 2 nights we stayed. I also paid for breakfast which is a total waste of time I was upset to see bread ham & sliced tomato was the main breakfast as im a vegetarian. And my patner was even more disappinted as he was expecting a warm breakfast.

location is excellent,staff helpfull and nice,full breakfast- very good shower and toillet nice-renovated the room was not clean ,the elevator reaches the third floor so we had to climb one floor with the baggage

Ett helt ok hotell med ett mycket bra läge. Rummet vi hade var litet men rent och det städades varje dag. Frukosten som ingick i priset var också helt ok. 5 minuters gångavstånd till Baker Streets Tunnelbanestation gör inte saken sämre. Jag återkommer gärna.

L’hôtel est bien situé et facile d'accès. La chambre était correcte, les sanitaires propres et le petit déjeuner satisfaisant. Un hôtel au budget raisonnable pour le centre ville de Londres, pas le grand luxe mais pas une mauvaise surprise non plus.

スタッフは誰もフレンドリーで親切であった。建物が古く設備に限界がある中、TV、Wifiなど無料サービ- スは完備していた。 tubeの路線がいくつかあるベーカーストリート駅から徒歩5-6分とロケーションは申し分ない。 部屋の清潔感があまりなく、床に掃除機をかけている形跡がない。また日によってはシーツを交換せず同じシー- ツをただ引っ張って伸ばして整えただけの日もあった。スーツケースを広げるスペースもぎりぎりなので、そこ- は毎晩のパッキングで苦労した。リフトサービスは３Fまでしかなく、４Fの部屋に宿泊した場合は1フロア分- 自分で持って上がらなければならない。女性やご高齢の方にはキツイかも。 殆ど外に居てただ寝泊りするだけという利用客にとっては特に問題にならないかもしれない。

Lage und nette Auskunft bei Anreise (den netten Herren sahen wir aber auch nie wieder) Preis ist zu hoch, Frühstück eher dürftig, abgewohnter Teppich, kleines Zimmer, laute Heizung (in der Nacht abstellen!)

L'accueil. La proximité des sites que nous voulions visiter. Le P'tit déj'. Le bruit dans la chambre côté rue, nous avons demandé une autre chambre le lendemain! Le bruit fait par les voisins de la chambre au dessus, de 1h à 3h30, les 4 nuits suivantes. Le bruit de la turbine d'aspiration dans les toilettes. La propreté douteuse... Tâches, moisisures, ...

A localização do hotel é incrível, o conforto da cama, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos e o hotel é muito bonito! Ficarei com certeza novamente neste hotel. O serviço de quarto deixa um pouco a desejar.

Le personnel acueillant, la bonne ambiance dans la salle du petit déjeuné. Le paiement par cb Visa en Euro. La moquette était extrémement sale avec de nombreuses taches noires un peu partout. La chambre était mal netoyée, il y avait des mouchoirs (propres heureusement) et une mouche morte sur le sol... Il y avait une odeur chimique qui semblait provenir de produits d'entretient de la moquette et une chaleur étouffante à l'intérieur de la chambre... Mais sinon le personnel était accueillant et le petit déjeuné correct avec une bonne ambiance. Après notre première nuit nous sommes partis. (L'hotel a bien voulu annuler notre réservation initiale).

El hotel está muy bien ubicado ya que se encuentra muy cercar de dos estaciones de subte desde donde uno puede acceder a casi todos los puntos de Londres. El desayuno es bueno. Las habitaciones y el baño son demasiado chicas y el personal no habla más que inglés.
