the staff was extremely helpful and polite and always approachable, the continental breakfast was excellent (delicious porridge with fresh raspberries,toast, fresh juices etc.), the room was spacious and immaculate, everything was very well organized, I will definetely choose this hotel again |

Great central location for exploring Brighton. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was compact but very comfortable. Great basket of complimentary goodies!!! Stairs are quite steep and it would be hard to carry a big suitcase to top floors |

We liked the location being so close to the water and easy access to shopping and bars. Really good room, liked that it was more of a living space rather than just a bedroom. Great breakfast and loved the individual touches of the guest house. The only tiny things that I would say is that the loft room we stayed in had a couple of old damp patches on walls, room was lovely and well decorated but felt it needed a coat of paint to make it look really great. |

A warm welcome. The room was just as in the picture and was clean. There was hot water when needed, the breakfast was lovely and we did not have any disturbances or noise at night, The people there were extremelly helpful as well. Small and cosy. |

excellent location near the pier and sea front,fantastic cooked breakfast and lovely clean rooms. A great power shower,mini bar, free snacks and water. Friendly,efficient staff, i would reccomend this hotel |

The staff was very accomodating, friendly and very attentive throughout our stay - Centrally located and close to the beach, pier, restaurants, pubs and sites. Complementary snacks and water in the room was a nice touch especially after a good day visiting the sites or a late night snack after clubbing. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom and shower was excellent and very clean. We stayed in a room on the 5th floor - no elevator but we are young and healthy so a good exercise for us - Could be challenging for less ambitious persons - I am sure that he owners would make every efforts to match a room according the clientele needs. |

The Hotel was well situated with the beach and pier in easy walking distance. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. |

Hotel staff were very friendly. The room was excellent...great shower! Parking, but that's a problem everywhere in Brighton. The hotel did offer several options and I was able to park just a block away. |

Very personal, friendly, considerate service. Gorgeous room. I enjoyed relaxing in my room in the evening, able to take advantage of the provided dvd player and mini bar. Breakfast brought to the room was great, a lovely start to the day. |
