Simple, basic, cheap accomodation with super nice folk just near the city centre & the walled city.

Joan and Joy were friendly and made us feel at home. Super freshly cooked breakfast, good accomadation, so near centre of Derry.

They were very kind since the moment I made the reservation (I had to change it from a single occupancy to twin); we arrived pretty late on a rainy night and they offered to pick us up at the bus station, which was great because we ha no idea where we were going. In the little time we were there they told us everything about Derry. The room was very spacious. Great Irish breakfast included in the rate. The location is great, 5 mins walk to the centre.

Joan and Barry were wonderful hosts. We were right in the heart of the Bogside and a short walk to the Walled City. We love it!!

Location was perfect, just 3 minute walk from the walled city and not more than 10 minutes for all the other major attractions. Room was also very clean and had everything we needed, including free WiFi, free coffee, etc. Breakfast was also really good.

Joan (who runs the B&B) was very friendly and accommodating. Joan went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable and she was very helpful in providing a map and pointing out all the bars/restaurants/shops across the city. The B&B is very close to the city (3-4mins walk) and restaurant/bars are near by. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. All in all, it was a great visit to Derry and when we go back, we will return to Amore B&B.

Owner Barry is there to greet you and provides maps and info about the city, things to see, places to eat, etc. Answered all questions I had efficiently and quickly. Location just a few blocks from the city walls and other sites. Good choice for breakfast. Coffee, tea, biscuits and fruit available all day.

Very clean and friendly and the breakfast was great

Our host was very welcoming and willing to provide us information about the city and activities available. The bedroom was very nice: clean, large and quiet. The bathroom was really good too with a spacious shower. Breakfast was yummy with several choices available (Irish Breakfast, pancakes, eggs...) It was also very convenient to have access to a computer in the living room. The city centre is very close to the b&B.

The Owners seemed to be trying hard to make a living. They were friendly and helpful and I think very honest, but the area in Londonderry where the B&B is located was not quite what we expected.

Very friendly, helpful staff, ideal location close to city centre, free parking, good breakfast, clean room.

Its location especially suits whoever wants to see about the historical site of the famous incident.
