Great location close to the tube, great service, lovely room, would deff stay again
Breakfast choice was poor, cooked breakfast was only baked beans! Otherwise great!
It was quite hot during the night
Staff friendliness and room cleanliness. Value for money in the heart of London
The closeness to the tube station. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially Barbara.
The only negative was the harsh chemical cleaning product smell that lingered in the room. The smell was very strong throughout our stay even after leaving the windows to our room open.
staff very efficient and friendly ( thanks to kamran and the sweet czech republic girl), the location close to everything, the hotel is quiet,i fairly recommend it if you have a fews days to spend in london
sausages or bacon is missing to eat with the baked beans
The warm welcome, great location and lovely flooring in the room.
Staff, cleanlines, general ambiance
Only continental breakfast.
The very friendly staff.
The low quality of the breakfast. To take the breakfast everyday with the door of the kitchen always open.
Reception and all staff were incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. Room furnishings of good quality and bathroom clean, modern, bright. Had everything we needed and for the location, an excellent price. Clean, bright and cheery, good breakfast considering it is included (Continental) - does what it says on the tin, toast, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, sweet cake, all unlimited as well as tea and coffee and juices. I would stay here again happily but just ensure I get a room which has the bed accessible on both sides (oh and a side bed table would be good too). Overall excellent value for money, clean, friendly and great location, thanks for a good stay :-)
Bedroom was small and only accessible on one side and as a 50+ couple, (well one of us anyway), it wasnt great having to clamber across the other person to get out of the bed, or have to get the other person out of the bed before you could get out yourself. Matress a little soft for my tastes, but we are all different in that respect. The door to the room I was in, (room 6) opens into a very narrow corridoor, and when opening the bathroom door it bashed onto the door closer of the main door - as it was tight on space, but again, a small issue overall.
Breakfast - Very bad selection. Tea was in FLASK....
A room of microsopic proportions
Great location, right next to Earl's Court tube station, with a lot of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Friendly and welcoming staff. Big room, clean and quiet. The elevator is small but it works fine and we appreciate the fact that we didn't have to carry our luggage three floor high.
The only thing they might improve is the breakfast. It's quite basic, with coffee, juices, bread, marmelade, cake, cereals.
Next to Earl's Court Tube Clean room, bathroom and bed Very helpful staff
really warm welcome and general helpfulness
difficult to find the adjuster for the heating
staff, cleanliness, spacious rooms
noisy rooms (as many hotels in London). poor breakfast selection (no egg, meat or cheese)
-Staff was very helpfull and friendly. -Nice and quiet rooms -Close to shops, pub and underground
-Breakfast could be better, there was only toast with jam and baked beans. There was also cake.
Our second time in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and competent. The room was comfortable and well-heated.The neighbourhood is very lively and the hotel is just next to three underground lines.
Proximity to all amenities and the underground station.
Hand Towel quality not good at all. The room was too small for a couple hardly any space to walk about the bed.
Location. Close to tube.
Breakfast was not good and we ate out. Only Juice, bread and cereal. Bacon sausage and egg will cost extra 5pound. According to receptionist this is how it s in London. Tiny toilet room together with shower and too small for family room. Was better to have two rooms instead of one family room.
This hotel was great value, and in a good location for us. All of the staff were very helpful, and the room was pleasant, with a nice bathroom. A continental breakfast was included in the price and was good. I will definitely stay here again.
Excellent location right next to Earl's Court underground, well connected to main attractions in London and direct tube service to Heathrow. There are supermarkets and eateries right outside the station. The small antiquated lift offers quite an interesting experience.
The TV is really very small, the wash basin is too tiny, so is the shower tray. We stayed on the top floor and water pressure was inconsistent. The breakfast spread is the same everyday.
Location Brand new bathroom
Size of room
I really love the triple bed room that I stayed
very small double bed
Excellent location near Earls Court tube station makes it easy to reach from London Heathrow. Also easy to reach Central London. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Good clean accommodation.
It calls itself an hotel, but it is really a guest house. No restaurant, and no lounge.
