Score from 347 reviews Very good
The hotel is less than 5 min walk from Earls Court Tube Station. Staff were polite and friendly.
We stayed at this hotel in the last week of september and the room was very warm and had no air con or fan so going in the height of the summer would be even worse. The street were it is situated can be quite noisey as the main street which has bars and restaurants on is very busy especially on weekends. The room was ok but would look better with a bit of paint.
Excellent location. Front desk and breakfast staff very courteous and helpful. Cleanliness.
The bathroom is good and clean but in need of some refurbishment.
room is clean and comfortable in london area. Reception is very friendly. its very convenient to tour around via underfround, earl's court station is few minutes walk. nearby also got plenty choice of restaurants
the window is open to balcony, good but it can also walk to front of next room's window, get concerns of privacy and safety...
Location was fantastic. Only one minute walk from underground. Friendly and helpful manager and staff Good breakfast Room comfortable and clean
Nothing to complain about. Lift broke down but that was only a minor inconvenience.
Friendly, helpful staff. Super location, great for walking to restaurants at night. Great proximity to tube and airport train.
Cramped breakfast room. Tiny lift which meant it was necessary to climb 50 stairs to breakfast and back and we weren't on the top floor!
Though small, room was clean and comfortable. My daughter and I also loved the view from the window. The staff were friendly the location was good, too.
Breakfast.. the quality of bread was really unsatisfactory.. the variety of cereals were limited, too. I knew it offers continental, but there is a space for improvement.
Location was fine near the tube station at earls court Staff were nice
The lift is so small almost can take two without luggage and very old style. The door can injure hands if not careful Breakfast served was only cereals and tea coffee bathroom is small
Nice Near to Earls court tube Bathroom is wide and very clean
Elevater is old so that I just felt it is not safe.
Very clean and comfortable, even though room was small. They paid attention to details. I liked the fact that I was able to make a call to the US without charge. The hotel is less than a block from the Earls Court subway station. I highly recommend it, but see the one negative comment.
There is probably not much one can do about it, but there isn't any fire escape, which seemed to be the case for other hotels that I looked at in the area. If smoke/ flames were in the stairwell area, one would be trapped on the upper floors. Also, I didn't observe any sprinkler system. The hotel should absolutely forbid smoking, even out of a window. I stayed at a Premiere Hotel later that week and they actually had such a sign on one of the windows.
Very good location near the tube station. Easy to come from Heathrow and visit London´s atractions. Room was small but cozy and clean. The personnel was very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was very basic. No ham, cheese, eggs, tomatoes or etc. There is no air conditioning so the room can be quite hot during the summer time.
Location- close to tube station Comfortable beds
No aircon- rooms get very hot in summer. No bar fridge in room. No Ice machine Average buffet breakfast.
Reasonably priced good clean family accommodation
Lack of full English breakfast
Good location - easy for the tube to central London and wider area.
Stuffy with insufficient ventilation. Beds very hard. Shabby. Limited breakfast. TV not working.
The friendliness of all reception staff. The room was very clean. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was more than adequate. An ideal location for us. Very close to earls court underground station.
Very warm in the room although a fan was provided.
- the location; close to the tube; we managed to find direct lines to where we wanted to go
- size of the rooms : very small; doen't look like that on the photos
1. It was close to underground station. 2. Restaurants were nearby. 3. Shops were nearby. 4. Lift to all floors. 5. Triple room was big enough for three people (make sure you ordered the right triple room). 6. Wi-fi in room was fast. 7. We arrived about an hour earlier than check-in time. Baggages were left at lobby before going for lunch. After lunch and going back for check-in, it was impressed that baggages were already taken to the room. 7. During 3-day stay, I met two reception staff (one lady and one man). The man was alright. The lady was very nice, helpful and friendly (this is what bed-and-breakfast should be). My family and I were much appreciated.
1. The lift was tiny and small to stand three people (just enough for three people). The fourth person waited next round please. 2. The light in room was spotlights (too bright). 3. Toilet was tiny. 4. It was continental breakfast (bread, juice, corn flakes, fruit, tea and coffee) only. It would be better with eggs and little bit meat before a busy travel day.
Bath area was very small.
Room did not look anything like photo's Beds were against wall and only accessible from one side to get in and out of. Closet too narrow to hang clothes. Staff did not help with baggage and watched us struggle up the stairs. Elevator too small to put more than one bag at a time. Beds uncomfortable
Awesome clean place for anyone on a budget. Bed was comfy, excellent breakfast.
Shower was a little dodge.
Location Staff Cleanliness
Cold baked beans
Good to have basic kitchen equipment esp. Fridge. Good location - Close to shops for food etc and tube station only a few minutes walk.
Poor ventilation, in basement and only one window which did not open fully. Not very secure as the only ventilation was to open the window onto the street. Room only set up for 3 even though 4 booked.
Good location, 2 mins walk from Earls Court tube, very close to shops and restaurants. Room size was good and as advertised. Beds were clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom.
Decor and furnishings are tired, the room I stayed in is in need of an update. WiFi was barely usable.
The staff did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. We were less than a block from the Tube station.
The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms smaller yet. The rooms are hot with no circulation of air. The lift is so tiny only one person and one suitcase at a time can fit. The stairs are narrow and steep. The tv is about the size of a lap top screen. The little fan provided is not strong. A room with 2 beds is wall to wall beds. The neighborhood is questionable. The price is high compared to cost at higher end hotels. If we had not prepaid with no refundable reservation we would have moved to a better hotel only a 10 minute walk away.
Staff were genuinely pleasant, and attentive. The rooms were contemporary and clean, with more than enough room for the four of us. Great location and price for what we wanted.
No air conditioning in July was a struggle.
The lady on reception was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
