Score from 268 reviews Very good
Great location, right next to Earl's Court tube station, with a lot of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Friendly and welcoming staff. Big room, clean and quiet. The elevator is small but it works fine and we appreciate the fact that we didn't have to carry our luggage three floor high.
The only thing they might improve is the breakfast. It's quite basic, with coffee, juices, bread, marmelade, cake, cereals.
Next to Earl's Court Tube Clean room, bathroom and bed Very helpful staff
really warm welcome and general helpfulness
difficult to find the adjuster for the heating
staff, cleanliness, spacious rooms
noisy rooms (as many hotels in London). poor breakfast selection (no egg, meat or cheese)
-Staff was very helpfull and friendly. -Nice and quiet rooms -Close to shops, pub and underground
-Breakfast could be better, there was only toast with jam and baked beans. There was also cake.
Our second time in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and competent. The room was comfortable and well-heated.The neighbourhood is very lively and the hotel is just next to three underground lines.
Proximity to all amenities and the underground station.
Hand Towel quality not good at all. The room was too small for a couple hardly any space to walk about the bed.
Location. Close to tube.
Breakfast was not good and we ate out. Only Juice, bread and cereal. Bacon sausage and egg will cost extra 5pound. According to receptionist this is how it s in London. Tiny toilet room together with shower and too small for family room. Was better to have two rooms instead of one family room.
This hotel was great value, and in a good location for us. All of the staff were very helpful, and the room was pleasant, with a nice bathroom. A continental breakfast was included in the price and was good. I will definitely stay here again.
Excellent location right next to Earl's Court underground, well connected to main attractions in London and direct tube service to Heathrow. There are supermarkets and eateries right outside the station. The small antiquated lift offers quite an interesting experience.
The TV is really very small, the wash basin is too tiny, so is the shower tray. We stayed on the top floor and water pressure was inconsistent. The breakfast spread is the same everyday.
Location Brand new bathroom
Size of room
I really love the triple bed room that I stayed
very small double bed
Excellent location near Earls Court tube station makes it easy to reach from London Heathrow. Also easy to reach Central London. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Good clean accommodation.
It calls itself an hotel, but it is really a guest house. No restaurant, and no lounge.
Great location 30 seconds walk from a good, busy tube connection. Quiet even at the front of the hotel. Clean and large room. Staff helpful. I'd stay again.
Continental breakfast.....its not on 'the continent' its in England which should mean a full English breakfast!!
Quality of furniture
Double room was closer to a cupboard than a room
Everything was excellent. Breakfast inadequate. We will stay there again the lady on reception was lovely, a real asset to the hotel.
We stayed at the Amsterdam before and the breakfast was adequate this time it wasn't adequate, only natural yogurt, a few apples in a bowl and no gluten free bread.
Excellent location: 2 minutes from subway station. Close to restaurants, bars , supermarket , bank, shops. Comfortable convenient and clean room. Good WIFI , Good breakfast, Very kind and helpful stuff.
Great staff, so friendly. Hotel location perfect for tube, two stops to museums. Pleasantly surprised how great the hotel was. Missed breakfast so can't comment. Room clean with lovely balcony, bathroom clean. Overall very impressed. Well done to the staff they really are very pleasant and obviously take pride in their work.
The shower but hey I am being picky here. It was always hot water and clean but did spray water on to the floor so more like a wet room.
The hotel quality
Location to earls court
Room very small and too small for the double bed Could only get into bed from one side. Security wasn't great we walked in and requested our room number key to a person who hadn't seen us before and they handed the key to us with no questions asked. Wouldn't stay here again.
Good location, wifi connection
Bed, pillow, bath, tv, windows, everything else
- location near Earls Court / area - very friendly staff
Breakfast showed no variations
The hotel was very conveniently situated to Earl's Court tube station. The receptionist was particularly pleasant and helpful, We were truly delighted with the gift acknowledging my sister's birthday. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again. The breakfast was adequate, again with helpful staff.
As I have a bad knee I found the young lady in reception very friendly and helpful by taking my bag up the front steps into reception. Our room was very comfortable and there were fire doors through out the building.
Leaving. As we both felt at home.
