Friendly, helpful staff. Super location, great for walking to restaurants at night. Great proximity to tube and airport train.
Cramped breakfast room. Tiny lift which meant it was necessary to climb 50 stairs to breakfast and back and we weren't on the top floor!
Though small, room was clean and comfortable. My daughter and I also loved the view from the window. The staff were friendly the location was good, too.
Breakfast.. the quality of bread was really unsatisfactory.. the variety of cereals were limited, too. I knew it offers continental, but there is a space for improvement.
Location was fine near the tube station at earls court Staff were nice
The lift is so small almost can take two without luggage and very old style. The door can injure hands if not careful Breakfast served was only cereals and tea coffee bathroom is small
Location- close to tube station Comfortable beds
No aircon- rooms get very hot in summer. No bar fridge in room. No Ice machine Average buffet breakfast.
Reasonably priced good clean family accommodation
Lack of full English breakfast
Good location - easy for the tube to central London and wider area.
Stuffy with insufficient ventilation. Beds very hard. Shabby. Limited breakfast. TV not working.
The friendliness of all reception staff. The room was very clean. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was more than adequate. An ideal location for us. Very close to earls court underground station.
Very warm in the room although a fan was provided.
- the location; close to the tube; we managed to find direct lines to where we wanted to go
- size of the rooms : very small; doen't look like that on the photos
1. It was close to underground station. 2. Restaurants were nearby. 3. Shops were nearby. 4. Lift to all floors. 5. Triple room was big enough for three people (make sure you ordered the right triple room). 6. Wi-fi in room was fast. 7. We arrived about an hour earlier than check-in time. Baggages were left at lobby before going for lunch. After lunch and going back for check-in, it was impressed that baggages were already taken to the room. 7. During 3-day stay, I met two reception staff (one lady and one man). The man was alright. The lady was very nice, helpful and friendly (this is what bed-and-breakfast should be). My family and I were much appreciated.
1. The lift was tiny and small to stand three people (just enough for three people). The fourth person waited next round please. 2. The light in room was spotlights (too bright). 3. Toilet was tiny. 4. It was continental breakfast (bread, juice, corn flakes, fruit, tea and coffee) only. It would be better with eggs and little bit meat before a busy travel day.
Bath area was very small.
Room did not look anything like photo's Beds were against wall and only accessible from one side to get in and out of. Closet too narrow to hang clothes. Staff did not help with baggage and watched us struggle up the stairs. Elevator too small to put more than one bag at a time. Beds uncomfortable
Awesome clean place for anyone on a budget. Bed was comfy, excellent breakfast.
Shower was a little dodge.
Location Staff Cleanliness
Cold baked beans
Good to have basic kitchen equipment esp. Fridge. Good location - Close to shops for food etc and tube station only a few minutes walk.
Poor ventilation, in basement and only one window which did not open fully. Not very secure as the only ventilation was to open the window onto the street. Room only set up for 3 even though 4 booked.
Good location, 2 mins walk from Earls Court tube, very close to shops and restaurants. Room size was good and as advertised. Beds were clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom.
Decor and furnishings are tired, the room I stayed in is in need of an update. WiFi was barely usable.
The staff did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. We were less than a block from the Tube station.
The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms smaller yet. The rooms are hot with no circulation of air. The lift is so tiny only one person and one suitcase at a time can fit. The stairs are narrow and steep. The tv is about the size of a lap top screen. The little fan provided is not strong. A room with 2 beds is wall to wall beds. The neighborhood is questionable. The price is high compared to cost at higher end hotels. If we had not prepaid with no refundable reservation we would have moved to a better hotel only a 10 minute walk away.
Staff were genuinely pleasant, and attentive. The rooms were contemporary and clean, with more than enough room for the four of us. Great location and price for what we wanted.
No air conditioning in July was a struggle.
The lady on reception was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
The staff really look after you!
A bit small but good for the solo travellet!
The rooms are dirty dust at Windows dust in the closets it smells already at the receptionist they need to put deodorant they gave us a room in the next door hotel in the basement there WiFi is bad couldn't conect at all maby because we where in next door hotel maby amsterdam is better but the 4 adult is not 4 adults barly 2 adults and 2 kids I wanted a family room but thinking 4 adult for a 4 adults room was bigger yeah big mistake also breakfast poor And in the evening lost of noise from the street and no parking No good if you want to have space and want to go with kids or internet
Location was close to Earl Court tube station. Room was larger than expected--& larger than other similarity priced rooms in London. Nothing fancy--served the purpose of a place to stay over night.
Barbara at the desk was beyond wonderful! She have us directions, printed maps and the tickets for the tour I had forgotten to print before leaving home. The room was a good size with the 3 beds we needed, and everything was clean. The bathroom was a good size and when it worked, the small air conditioning unit was excellent. We couldn't figure out why is suddenly started to really pump out cold air after about 4 days.
The decor was quite old and needed updating. We were on the top floor which was not insulated against the street noise or the weather. It was very hot up there until the air really started working. Take a room on a lower floor if you are not in good physical condition. There are a lot of stairs, but they do have a tiny elevator if you need it and aren't claustrophobic. The shower was tiny and the shower curtain was not water proof. We did all right after I showed the kids how to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. Ladies, if you need to shave your legs, you will have to pull back the curtain and rest your foot on the toilet.
Clean and fresh with a bit of space in the bedroom. comfortable beds. Excellent location for Earls Court underground.
No lounge area to sit in. Small TV high up on wall. Tiny awkward lift.
Close location to earls court tube stn, friendly welcome nice hotel
Bathroom was like a sauna, very hot ,breakfast maybe could have had more choice
The hotel assisted with any request I had, they even opened the kitchen earlier to make sure I would not be late for my work meeting
just to be really picky: rooms a little small but perfectly kept!
