I have not got a good thing to say! 1) I did not like being greeted by an unshaven male wearing a woolen hat on is head. 2) When i asked him to show me my room i had to wait 1hour the room was not ready , i arrived at 5-15pm so i could not get to my room till 6-15pm, this was not exseptble. 3) When i did get to see the room in the passage way to the room there was rubbish all over the floor. 4)When i got to room there was a smell in the room even with the windows fully open i do beleave that is why he could not give me the room on arrivel. 5) I told him i wanted my money refunded and i was told he has not got my money to give me back on my card. I left and phoned you whom i made the booking through.

Nothing! Booking said En-suite but it was a room only. In need of decoration. Staff very un-cooperative. Grotty and uncomforatable. Would not recommend to single females - felt unnerving!

Nothing :( Well well were do I begin , If you like ultimate crap then this is the place for you , this place is run down , dirty , not in any way described in text or pictures you have be warned , instead of staying here just set fire to your money as you will leave here wishing you did and have more pleasure doing this , you arrive and the sign will say a lodge ok , then you will get a room with a shared bathroom when you booked an un suite , but pam the manager who lives In cuckoo land and had got the gift of the gab who thinks she can sell ice to Eskimos , will tell you one thing and do another , the reason for this place as a big fat failure is easy to work out once you do your proper research , as follows this place use to be a residential care home but was closed down as the current owners lost there licence because the owners cant be bothered as they like to do things were they do not have to spend a penny but take pounds of everyone else , the council could see the owners were big fat failures and revoked there licence , then the funny things half the people staying there are there long term residents claiming housing benefits as the owners are down with this , breakfast is at £5 pounds for that you have to share a little round table with space for 1 max , for 5 British pounds you get coffee or tea and toast that you have to make your self lol what a joke , like I said before this place for the owners who run this place remotely from the other side of London have no interest in who stays here or how there stay was ,its all about getting money nothing else ,the less they have to do is a better life for them ,my advice to you greasy greedy owners is close down another crap business again because every thing you touch is a disaster your just selfish people , please don't class this place a 3 star as it is a no star rating that's a big fat 0 zero , suggestion to the owners close this place and open a circus as you can play the clowns you muppets

My room was a double (I was solo) room was welcoming room was warm room was comfortable My room was much better than some of the reviews. The Price Fairtrade Tea Smart Bathroom design Location My room was very spacious even if there had been 2 using it. Patterned Bed sheets Paper stuffed in hole in ceiling Un-hoovered entrance hall and area outside room Only one towel (albeit large) No breakfast available to me Some of the room was dusty/Grubby, especially bathroom mats Only handwash (a shower gel would be good)

Being disabled I found everything perfect. I had some doubts after reading all the negatives! All I can say to these people is do not book 1 star & expect 4star! Everything was clean & teas etc replenished with clean towels despite it being Christmas! Excellent service indeed! Thank you everyone! No negatives from me!

Ground floor area smelt of cats wee wee, mattress upright on hallway. First impressions were of student lodgings/bedsits. No bed and breakfast in accommodation recommended. Breakfast - waste of money had to request refund of £10.00 from the £15.00 paid for breakfast as breakfast as a diy cold/toast/cereal only. All communicaton to staff was via telephone intercom system. No personal contact with hotel staff - had to use telephone system for all issues/complaints, no personal contact with any one, except one man who appeared to after about 5 minutes of waiting !! No hot water from the showers in each of the 2 rooms booked. Would not recommend anyone booking this accommodation in future!!!! Would be happy to receive a full refund for accommodation and breakfast please!!!!

It was close to Hall Place at Leigh. Although the furniture and fittings were well-worn, my room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a flat scren tv and cable channels and also wifi, although the scrap of paper with the code on didn't tell me which to use of the 5 networks my computer picked up. Man on Reception was friendly. There was a security code lock on the bedroom door. Breakfast was left laid out in the kitchen; there were no staff about at 7.45 on a Sunday morning. Everything was diy, rather more like a hostel than a b & B. The kitchen seemed to be in the process of reconstruction.
