Can't fault it. Need to reserve parking.
There was just nothing to complain about! Very unusual for me.

Rooms quite small
Finally a hotel/guest house in London having an EU power socket. A nice plus
I arrived pre-arranged well after midnight and the welcome was friendly and excellent. I booked only on the day of travel and wanted something cheap and pleasant as I was attending a two-day conference in central London which incorporated a Gala dinner, so essentially B&B with late night return. Close to the M1 motorway and simple to find. Golders Green tube station is at the top of the road, just 3 minutes walk away.
Cost of taxi back to hotel from central London after the tube had closed, a rip-off at £35 (to us Northerners), but of course that had nothing to do with the hotel.
Great location, 6 tube stops from Euston station, pleasant surrounding. Cleanliness. Excellent facilities incl. iron in every room and continental power sockets. Fast broadband. Decent breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.
Good price and location, breakfast was ok as long as you like bread, cake etc. Bathroom was relatively new, and clean, however quite small, a large person would struggle to get in and out the shower due to the door arrangement.
Bed was a real let down, stayed in room 8 or 9 and the bed really needs replacing. There was airconditioning mounted on the wall but no controller for it, when you opened the windows it was quite noisy and there was no way of locking them open to allow ventilation in the day
Quiet location and comfortable bed. Reasonable breakfast.
Rather 'compact room' with just enough room to walk pass the bed. But this is not surprising with the number of rooms they have packed into this suburban house! Not particularly well sound proofed.
Bath and room was good, everything you need and good quality. Breakfast also OK
At the reception wasn't friendly with me. It was strange
Nice staff Couple of steps to the tube station Clean room
Very small toilet
clean (although not perfect) and comfort rooms. breakfast was good, has everything you need. good wifi. fridge in a room was great to keep your stuff.
This is a very well placed property, close to a wheelchair friendly Tube Station with service to central London. The facilities are very good and the staff and breakfast are both very good also. Parking is adequate but tight in an extremely difficult place to find overnight parking.
A little noisy in our street front room.
Most things including great breakfast buffet and being able to open the bedroom window to an obvious fire escape
Friendly staff, 2 min walk to Golders Green tube station, very tiny but very clean room. I would stay here again.
It would have been better if the room was bigger to keep my suitcase open..
A small, nice, clean place very close to the underground. A very good 'value for money' place and I would certainly book there again.
The room was clean, comfortable and recently refurbished.
The Hotel Management desperately need to be Trained in Customer Service. Charging extra fees and not budging on pointless/ strict hotel policies will only mean that customers will NOT return, as I am sure I won't. The hollow satisfaction of few £, only once, can not compare with building a relationship with a customer that has potential to become a regular customer. After all it's the Hotel's Loss.
Staff very helpful especially in view of the parking Breakfast very good. Good choice and availability. Staff very pleasant at breakfast. Room small but sufficient. Big enough for what I wanted but would be a little too cosy for two. Very comfortable bed. Didn't want to get up. Very clean. Congrats to cleaning crew.
Booking.com did not make it clear until the bottom of the booking that parking needed to be reserved. I missed it and when I got to the hotel there was no parking available. The receptionist was very helpful and sorted me out but it could have been tricky.
Service Mind !!! Too much unfriendly !!! Too expensive for using very small room and not so close to the center of London !!!
The room was clean.
When we came in to check in ,the person at the registration area was on the phone and he let us wait for ages which was very annoying!
Neat environment.very endearing interior .i love the location.
Still same London small sizes
The service was good, the personal was friendly. Room had everithing you need(even a tv) and was clean. Location, even though not in the center, still rather good because it's 2 minutes away from underground and large bus station. You can get to the center in 15-20 minutes by underground or in 30 minutes by great red 2-floor bus. Breakfast was simple but good enough, you can get scrumbled or hard-boiled eggs, some fruits, toasts, juice and tea or coffee
The room was under the roof and realy tiny. And by tiny i mean like 8 square meters including bathroom(yep, it still had a prety good bathroom, like 2.5 meters or so). It may seem like a prison cell by its size. But still, it had all you may need during your stay.
Location and staff
room too small
Clean rooms, Comfy beds, Near underground station,Golders Green, Fridge in room.
Some electrical sockets had come away from walls. Air conditioning unit was not working. You need to be aware of the last underground train if returning late at night, they finished just before midnight when we stayed and its not within walking distance from central London. However there are night buses.
Breakfast was good, nice and warm ambiance. location was excellent, close to underground and Bus stand and right in the market.
size of room and bathroom was very small. though all facilities were there
