    The room was clean.

When we came in to check in ,the person at the registration area was on the phone and he let us wait for ages which was very annoying!

The service was good, the personal was friendly. Room had everithing you need(even a tv) and was clean. Location, even though not in the center, still rather good because it's 2 minutes away from underground and large bus station. You can get to the center in 15-20 minutes by underground or in 30 minutes by great red 2-floor bus. Breakfast was simple but good enough, you can get scrumbled or hard-boiled eggs, some fruits, toasts, juice and tea or coffee

The room was under the roof and realy tiny. And by tiny i mean like 8 square meters including bathroom(yep, it still had a prety good bathroom, like 2.5 meters or so). It may seem like a prison cell by its size. But still, it had all you may need during your stay.

Clean rooms, Comfy beds, Near underground station,Golders Green, Fridge in room.

Some electrical sockets had come away from walls. Air conditioning unit was not working. You need to be aware of the last underground train if returning late at night, they finished just before midnight when we stayed and its not within walking distance from central London. However there are night buses.

Perfect location near (5 min. walk) Golders Green subway. Easy to go to London and perfect for travel from Stansted because the bus hold at the station.

Air condition did't work and small rooms but okay I guess. Try to have the reception to print our boordingpass, but they charged 1£ per page - not a lot of money, but not okay in general.

Location, convenience Breakfast was good, better than it was a year ago,

late arrival didn't work out well because of French air traffic controllers strike delaying outgoing flight from corfu. Room was on third floor and no help offered with my suitcase! I was tired too!

Super breakfast. Very convenient for public transport, but location quiet. Staff welcoming and helpful - received an e-mail from Anchor House a couple of days before our stay with all necessary information about how to get there.

Quiet location, nice modern, clean room - much better than most London hotels at the below £100 a night mark. Within 3 minutes walk to tube station.

Breakfast starts a little late for me - a simple selection from 6.30 or 7am would be great.

    - Close to Golders Green Station - Good Wi-Fi - Nice staff (particularly a young lady at breakfast and a gentleman at the reception; they were very friendly, and easy to talk and ask things) - New and clean bathroom

    - Thin wall: when I was going to sleep someone started to talk on his phone and it disturbed me from sleeping - Generally nice staff but one guy was not that particularly good; he was easy to get annoyed especially when I couldn't catch what he said (I'm a foreigner and he really has a very strong accent. It's nobody's fault, so nothing to be annoyed about, really). I want him to be patient with his customers a bit. - Cleaness was not good enough: the cup had coffee stain, hair was on a towel once and on the shelf beside the bed when I checked in, water basin was blocked in one room... I felt some rooms, which are not used that often, are not cleaned and manitained regularly. However, the nice man at the reception came immediately when I mentioned about the water basin, and he fixed it when I was out. So I wasn't totally unhappy.

I've stayed in Anchor House for just one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The room was not very big but not too small either, modern, clean and quiet. Very good breakfast in a nicely decorated dining room and very friendly staff. I would definetely consider it as a hotel option next time I'm in the area.

    Can't think of any.

The location is relatively good, close to Golder's Green tube station. The room was quiet.

The rooms are tiny and difficult to move, and could be better cleaned. The breakfast is not the greatest.

Very homely feel, nice quiet suburban location - but still within 5 minutes walk of the Northern Line.

Ideally I would prefer breakfast to start at 7am, 7.30am is a little late during the week.
