The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They waited for us to arrive before they closed for the evening. The location was very accessible to the Underground station. There was goopy stuff in a desk drawer, keeping us from using it. The shared bathroom was good, except it was difficult for my friend, who just had back surgery to use the shower (only a showerhead in a tub). The carpet from the room to the bathroom was sticky. |

close to tube and bus station but still very quiet, good bed, very friendly staff bathroom small and some minor things e.g. broken tile, but ok regarding value for money |

Stayed here for first time, and i was very pleasantely suprised. Room very Clean, even had freeview. Having stayed at several budget hotels in london this is a by fare one of the better ones Continental breakfast, no cooked food :-( but ok. shower did'nt work ended up having a bath which was time consuming esp if other guests waiting to use shower room as well. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked that there was no time limit to be in room by (had own key for front door). Was very clean. Breakfast was nice and started at a convenient time (7.30am) |

Booked ensuite double and was excellent both in size and comfort. Staff very friendly. Great location on Hampstead Heath and tube a minute away. Good cheap restaurants close by. First stop on bus from Stansted. Check out sunday market at Wembley stadium !! Breakfast was well presented but possibly a fresh loaf instead of the slightly average croissants would be nice but again, service and friendliness a big plus |

The staff is amazing - they tried to come up with ways to help me and were always there to greet me with a smile. The room was lovely and the wireless was strong and consistent. The bathrooms are fine, I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. And breakfast was more than adequate. This place is spectacular value for your money! |

Great location for the Northern Line Tube about 1min walk away Unfortuantley I had a cold shower, and as I was leaving at 7am was unable to have breakfast which didn't start til 7.30am considering this was during the week I would have thought breakfast would have ben served earlier. |

Staff was amazing !!! They went out of their way to secure transportation over Christmas Holiday. Breakfasts were in a quiet room overlooking small courtyard. Very convenient to the Golders Green tube stop. New owners as of mid December 2008. Bathroom shower was very small. |
