A short walk south of Tower Bridge, this London Premier Inn is close to the Tower of London, HMS Belfast and the City, and has good transport links across London.

I loved the hotel's interior design and style. A unique setup. All in all an experience to repeat.
The hotel is in a good location, adjacent to Liverpool Street Station with easy access to Central London. Being close to the station I was worried about noise, but this was not an issue. The hotel is extremely comfortable, with plenty of character, and the staff very friendly, helpful, and the check-in was easy (you can also check-in on-line if you wish). Nice little extras like free soft drinks from the mini-bar. Very nice hotel. Only point would be we stayed for two nights based on a special offer, we couldn't afford to stay based on normal hotel tariffs.
Location to visit east end
the staff are wonderful, the location in brilliant and your only four tube stops to the centre of London, but regardless there is plenty of things to see and do in the East End, Spittlefield market, brick Lane, Petticoat lane and Shoreditch, all of which is on the doorstep, if your feeling energetic you could walk to Islington which is about 2 miles away (we did) or the Tower of London 2 miles in the opposite direction... a special thanks goes to Arina who made us feel most welcome on arrival what an asset to the Andaz this girl is. go on give it a try, you wont be disappointed.
Everything.close to station.
1st night there was a fire drill at 4:40 AM. Apparently it was only a test. They seemed to be knocking on my door non stop, and interrupted me sleeping, on the phone and just relaxing. The bathtub was ridiculous. I just about pulled a groin trying to get in. It is for someone who is 6 feet 4 inches or taller. And it was far too expensive
The staff was incredibly helpful, and even though they didn't always know the answers they tried their best. The amenities are great, the room is big (we had a queen bed) free minibar is s plus, the restaurants near by are good, very good hotel overall
For the price the breakfast could have been included, however the free station in the hall (coffee, tea, juices, fruits and cookies) + free wine between 6 and 8pm is great!
The hole say was just lovely, wish we could have stayed longer.all the staff very friendly and very helpful,we will be back. Thanks for a lovely stay.
There was nothing we didn't like, just a bit expensive.
Bed was very comfortable
Room really dark
Great rooms, free minibar, large and clean bathrooms (and fast-filling bath), good (free) wifi speeds, nice staff.
The free soft drinks and juices, comfortable bed and good shower, spacious room for London and well located for City and shoreditch. My husband got surprise room service cupcake for his birthday which was a thoughtful touch
The fire alarm at 2.30am
Very friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble.
view from room 243 was quite poor
Amazing breakfast Fab hotel Never ever slept in such a comfortable bed it was great
We enjoyed our stay in Andaz. It was absolutely worth the money we spent and the area in which is located is not only plenty of stuff to do in the night but also very well served by both trains and underground.
The location, the complimentary drinks and snacks, the staff friendliness and helpfulness.
Nice rooms Very friendly staff Central and convenient location near Liverpool St Many restaurants and champagne bar Breakfast Lounge w/ drinks and coffee
Prices went up since last year
Everything! We were treated so well and stayed in such a lovely spacious room with a huge bed and fabulous bathroom (I can only assume an upgrade) - perfect for our celebratory weekend in London. I rarely sleep well in hotels, particularly those in cities, yet I had no problems here at all. We did not hear a peep from other guests/corridor areas and the street noise didn't disturb us at all due to good glazing and also having the air-con on low. You must try the welcome cookies and soft drinks (or wine from 6pm), tucked into the far corner behind reception - a very nice touch indeed! We would definitely return here if we stay in London again and highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very helpful too.
In response to other comments, yes, the plumbing is noisy but it's a suction based system similar to that on aeroplanes and it uses much less water which is better for the environment. Also, we only heard our toilet flush and not that of other guests so it really wasn't a problem. The checking in system is different to other hotels in that there is no desk and no obvious queue to join but they manage it well and this removes the 'barrier' that normally exists between staff and guests.
Excellent facilities and reception area. Clean, grand and spacious corridors and rooms.
Good location and superbly finished hotel, staff extremely polite and helpful.
Great location right next to Liverpool St station. very welcoming, wine and canapés on arrivals was a nice touch. Free soft drinks in mini bar was great. Nice room, clean and reasonable size for London.
Window had an interior view which I didn't like, but that's only a small thing.
Fantastic hotel. Beautiful and modern rooms, great food from the restaurants (for both dinner and breakfast) and phenomenal service from the staff who upgraded us and gave us special cupcakes for our anniversary. As a hotel manager myself, I tend to be very critical of other hotels but Andaz were truly wonderful. I would definitely return.
The friendliness of the staff. The options for breakfast were great! The location of the hotel worked very well for sightseeing.
The service to have some documents scanned and forwarded by email took a while.
The location was great, the rooms comfortable and stylish. The staff were friendly and helpful.
location cleanliness staff friendliness complimentary refreshments
problem plumbing in the room - very noisy when other guests used hot water dark room and poor view, curtains pulled back to reveal a wall with windows overcharged on departure (rectified after a phone call and tweet!!)
