Andaz Liverpool Street London - A new Hyatt Brand    

Location, right by the tube and rail station. In a part of London I haven't visited before. Very trendy. Staff ultra professional.

Being very picky and it didn't affect my stay but I thought the bath was a bit slippery and sides too high making it a bit unsafe whilst getting out of shower.

We arrived at 9 am after an early flight to drop off our bags. There were no rooms available in our category so they upgraded us so we could have a room right away. Very professional service, nice vibe about the place. Great location, especially for London city airport.

Could clearly hear conversations of people in the hallways, however no noise from neighboring rooms.

There seemed to be a lack of power points in the bedroom and at this kind of price I'd expect real coffee in the bedroom in place of instant.

We liked the room and the whole atmosphere of the whole hotel. It really was a great stay. We had a great stay.

We thought the food wasn't really up to standard for the money we payed. The wine was very cheap with an expensive price per glass and the breakfast was a little overpriced. The hotel was fantastic, it really was, but it's just a shame about the restaurants.

The bed was very comfy, and we really appreciate the extra touch of welcome cupcakes on our wedding night. Staff service in the hotel and 1901 breakfast was attentive and excellent. Original fruit pairings (e.g. cinnamon/vanilla pod soaked pears - delicious).

We stayed for the buffet breakfast in the 1901 room which had an average selection for hot options. Given the price, we expected an egg/omlette chef to be present as per other similar star hotels.
