Warm welcome and concern for my wellbeing during my stay. Warm comfortable room and excellent breakfast.

The staff were all very friendly and looked after us really well. the evening meal was excellently prepared and tasted exceptional. The room in a small complex was clean and tidy and suited our needs. John Smooth was available and they even found Lemoncello. Will certainly stop again

No shelves or storage space. The bathroom was huge and had one shelf about 18 inches long !!

Fantastic rooms as we had our little dog with us.Also dogs were allowed in a section of the bar area and you could eat in that area too.Log burner going all the time, breakfast great.

Very friendly staff. Good food and beer. Comfortable room with plenty of space.

Stayed for two nights and the door was left unlocked after cleaning. Cups in the room had dust in them.

Rooms were really clean and beds really confortable , nice decor and nice little pub serving very reasonably priced drinks, we didnt have an evening meal but the breakfast was amazing, we saw some other guests food in the evening and it looked really good !

it was -2 degrees and the rooms were a little cold , even with the heating on, theres nothing else within walking distance but it was fine if you wanted a decent meal and a few quiet drinks

Spacious warm clean comfortable rooms with superb food, plenty of parking and in a quiet village surounded by amazing countryside, yet only a short five minutes drive from Bawtry Reception was friendly both on arrival and over breakfast and the Gravalax served at breakfast was worthy of the finest restaurants in London I loved the cockrel - no need for an alarm clock and reminded me of mine at home

The bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was great and the landlady very pleasent and friendly.

Simone and the staff were wonderful, very attentive. Food fab, good wine list and real ales. Lovely comfortable accomodation away from the main pub. All in all would recommend to anyone and will be visiting again.

A very warm and friendly welcome from the landlady. Evening menu was delicious, all food was beautifully presented. The breakfast was fabulous with great coffee. Room was clean, bed was very comfy. Staff were very friendly, this Inn is a real find and if we were ever in the area again we would definitely return.
