Location, very convenient to the O2, 129 bus direct. Tea/coffee facilities in room but none in pub downstairs!!
Steep narrow winding stairs, no lift, had to haul suitcase up. Very noisy due to road traffic, bathroom fan and pull cord filthy.
All the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable.
I chose the Angerstein to be close to the O2 arena, but it was a little further to walk to than I expected.
In spite of the pub on the ground floor, the hotel is very quiet, SUPER NICE STAFF and very attentive.Thank you for your attention, probably i will back!
location is away from the town center but there is a bus stop close to the hotel.(BUS 188)!
Staff were really friendly 5 minutes walk (if that) to the train station Reasonably Priced
Outdated facilities No lock on shower door No WiFi
Room was very comfortable, value for. Money
En-suit toilet very loud, no iron in room
Helpful host gave good directions to O2 Arena. Great location and a very comfortable bed - what more can you ask? Will be back!
Welcoming and friendly staff Easy to get to O2 Bus stop right outside
It is what it is a room above a pub ... for one night it was adequate Carpet in room was a bit grubby Bed not the most comfortable
- friendly manager - just a few minutes from the train station - would come back :)
Although above a pub we heard no noise. The bed was comfy and the bathroom a good size.
There were no towel rails or hooks for towels anywhere
Great location for O2 arena and Greenwich town centre. Both about 25mins walk away
Roughly half an hour walk to the O2 Arena. 2 minutes away from Westcombe Park station. Room was basic but clean and reasonably priced.
Going home !
The staff were friendly, the room was functional and clean. Slept like a log
No breakfast facilities.
Comfy bed, friendly staff, good location
Website advertised breakfast which we paid for but was informed on arrival they haven't done breakfast for a year or so.
Not a nice stay specially toilet was not working on my flip and had to go to downstairs which was very inconvenient On the top of that it was not to access the hotel through pub cleanliness was poor Will not recommend anyone in future
Very clean spacious room with handbasin and teamaking facility. Very quiet considering location. Excellent help from friendly staff. Close to public transport.
Would have preferred own bathroom.
Broken lock on the door wasn't fixed despite being reported straight away, meaning anybody could walk in to the room. Noisy as windows would not fully close
- It was quite noisy so we had to sleep with earplugs. - no meal offer
Very helpful and friendly staff; and locals in the pub!. We liked the great views from the bedroom. Handy for O2 and Greenwich. Comfy beds.Nice old-fashioned feel. Great pub. Will come again if going to another O2 concert.
good location Good staff Clean Value for money
This is a very reasonably priced hotel for those wishing to stay close to the O2 arena, and only a couple of train stops away from the city centre itself, also the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and nothing is ever too much trouble. My second stay in only a few months and will definitely use again soon.
Toilet and shower facilities are separate to the room, but this is not such a big issue for those who wish to travel on a budget as I do.
Staff were friendly
Lack of sleep from the traffic noise
Cheap room, with shared bathroom. Very clean and new room. Proper South London pub.
Very top floor so need to be fit. Near flyover so lots of road noise. Fire doors propped open by fire extinguishers!
comfort, location, friendliness of staff, price
Wifi didn't work on the top floor
The location to the O2
Staff were rude and unhelpful we were left in the bar with a lot of drunk men ( I had two teenage girls with me) We were given the wrong room twice the Windows wouldn't open and we had to step over a man to get to the toilet.I am never staying here again!!!!!!!!
Room was ok
Location on a busy road and q along way from Greenwich No food Pub ok but drunk chap dancing like a nutter
