Astonishing value - £39.00 for double room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is as goog as I ahve had in any Hotel including those where you might pay upto £300 per night. car parking on site was straightforward. To use as a base in the centre of Bournmouth it just can't be beaten at that price. Our bed in room 317 was a bit unfcomfortable as the mattress springs had sprung.

Modern bar and lounge area, whole hotel very clean (rooms, communal areas, pool). Excellent breakfast buffet with a good choice of continental and cooked options. Fair value based on price we paid. We reserved two rooms, the standard double was on the small side and quite cold when we arrived, however reception were able to supply an extra heater. Our daughters shared a family room next door, which was more spacious and had been redecorated in a more modern style (similar to some of those shown on the website.) We had dinner in the hotel, which was disappointing, despite the varied menu on offer.

It was so nice to have a sauce made for me without any fuss. I am coeliac and the staff really impressed me with their knowledge on this and I would definitely stay at Best Western again if they are all as knowledgable and helpful as this one was. Hotel rooms were very dated. My son described them as very 1980's and I agree with him.

Excellent front of house reception on arrival. Good quality food at breakfast.Location ideal for us. Room cold due to the fact that the central heating did not come on until 2 hours after arrival. Radiator far too small for the size of the room. We could hear every word the occupants of the adjoining room said. Dirty quilt discovered when cover was partially off. Public areas quite chilly which deterred us from drinking or eating in the hotel .Would recommend to others in the summer months.

Location and price. Restaurant food was very good. Central heating went off at approx 9pm, I had to ask reception for a portable heater. Noisy floorboards from the room above. £2 for parking each day.

Very good value for money and comfortable apart from the beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was particularly good fresh and tasty. Evening meal in restaurant was good. Excellent value for money. Beds were not very comfortable and probably fairly old - could do with replacing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal and service in the restaurant were the best we have had. The location was very good. The decor in the room we stayed in was a bit tired looking, also there was a lot of noise from the adjoining bathroom apart from that all was ok.

We have often used Best Western hotels. We like the consistet standards and feel confident about how we will be treated. This was a last minute booking to make a family visit more relaxing and we were delighted to find your great value offer. Our treatment endorsed our good feelings about Best Western. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel on both nights, which was to a very high standard. It was also nice to find a small selection of very enjoyable wine at affordable prices around £10. I never like "hitch-in" coat hangers in the bedrooms, and in this case the plastic rings were faulty so that even lightly loaded clothes fell off. It's a point which would cost little to fix and is of real annoyance if you cant keep your clothes nice.Someone should keep a regular check on such things

Clean room and helpful staff. We were assigned a family room with additional children's bunk beds. I had specifically booked a standard double room...so not sure why this was the case. Bed was not comfortable. Heating didn't work.

clean, good breakfast, good location fan window left open in room , which I was unable to reach to close on one of the windiest nights of the year!, cold, did not sleep! Having to pay extra £2 for car park which I feel is unnecessary if staying at the hotel.

Room very clean and warm breakfast good Lumpy bed (needs new matress). Pool cold and area very poor condition Interconnecting doors not locked, we were upset when the people in the next room made an appearance. Its was very handy both for the beach and for Bournemouth town centre It is a minor gripe but the buffet breakfast was luke warm rather than hot. The walls of the rooms are pretty thin which, was particularly noticeable because I had a family with young children next to me and so I wouldn't advise someone to stay there if there are looking for somewhere relaxing and quiet.
