Close to the Shops When we arrived at the Hotel , we were advised that we could book into our room anytime after 2 oclock. The room wasnt ready untill 4pm, we were in a rush to get out that night, if I knew it was going to take so long I wouldnt have stayed their. We were told it was short Staffed, That wasnt out Problem. Also the some of the Staff was actually quite rude when we asked if our room was going to be long. In the end our room wasnt ready so they had to swap the rooms and give us a completly different one. The rooms were ok. The Tables downstair wasnt the cleanest. |

Staff. They responded generously and helpfully to an urgent business-related problem that arose within 10' of my arrival, providing a necessary room upgrade at no extra cost. They were helpful for the remainder of the stay in the usual ways. The breakfast staff's Linda was an unstoppable source of sunshine and energy, even on Glasgow's rainiest, gloomiest days. The wireless internet connection was slow and sometimes dropped off. Lack of facial tissues. |

The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable, but dusty. A little bit of TLC in our room (5) would be good but we will certainly use it again and try the other part of the hotel. Unfortunately there was no bar which would have been nice as the area for breakfast was a lovely, which would have been the bar. |

many! the room in underground is very smelly, not fresh inside! If I opened the window, it is noisy. If I close the window, it is smelly, and felt sore in my throat. In addition, the wireless signal is to weak to use. Breakfast is not worth that value! |

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant served good food. Good location for access to town, the west end and the Convention Centre if you enjoy walking. Good bus service to town and the airport. A variety of restaurants in the area. Three items about our room in what was the Angus Hotel: 1 - Shower in our room was not functional - very low pressure/flow. 2 - Locks on the room door were not secure. No deadbolt - attendant walked in. 3 - Decor of our room was old and carpets worn giving the appearance of being not clean. Would not suggest staying in this section of the hotel. |

almost everything the only complaint I had about the hotel was that I had difficulties opening the front door with the key provided and was not always able to open it |

O pequeno-almoc,o e' bom e variado. |
