A conference room is situated on the ground floor, with ample natural light, which is ideal for smaller groups of up to 18.

Norwich Cathedral (0.1 miles) - Norwich is dominated by its magnificent 900 year old Norman Cathedral, which boasts the largest monastic cloisters in England, the 2nd largest spire and over 1000 beautiful medieval bosses. The cathedral has its own shop selling cards and other gifts. The library contains 7000 rare books including some of the earliest printed in England. The refectory is a lovely mixture of historic and modern decor, set in the cathedral, and serves light lunches, afternoon tea and cakes.
The cathedral is open from: 07.30 to 18:00 daily (19:00 mid-May to mid-September).
Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery (0.5 km) - One of the finest Norman secular buildings anywhere in Europe is the Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery. The present structure has been standing since the 12th century. Today the castle is the county’s principal museum and is packed with treasures and collections of national importance. In a recent refurbishment, the museum extended its galleries opening up new areas previously unseen. The castle houses the world’s largest teapot collection and, should you be interested in the region’s history, a magnificent collection of landscapes by the 19th century Norwich school of painters.
Coleman’s Mustard Shop (0.3 miles) - If mustard is your thing, then why not taste 15 different types, all available to sample and buy at the unique Coleman’s Mustard Shop. The shop also has a museum tracing the near 200 year history of this favorite delicacy.
The Original City Ghost Walk:
The city ghost walk starts at the Adam and Eve public house (0.3 miles). This is the oldest pub in Norwich. Ghost stories range from the legend of Lady Grey who haunts Tombland Ally, the Maddermarket Monk and the Witch of Bishopgate.

Staff were exceptionally nice, knowledgeable and food was excellent. The room rate and food and beverage prices were also very good and the hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Room was up some very small steep stairs and we had to carry our bags - very difficult. Room was very clean and beds were comfy although it was pretty 'tired' and needed updating. We couldn't see TV unless we pulled it out in front of the bathroom door which meant we had to move it every time we wanted to use the bathroom. We were told this was to be updated whilst we were there but it didn't happen. I am sure that it will be done soon. |

Location to city Noise from adjacent room. Better sound proofing or better layout of rooms required. Shower poor. Full english breaskfast overpriced. We ate out for the remainder of our stay after the first morning. |

Lovely place, with very nice staff and comfortable, elegant surroundings. Very nice garden. The main menu in the restaurant is rather expensive. The food is, admittedly, very good, but I feel more residents would eat there if the prices were lowered slightly. |

Close to City Centre. Free Parking. Beautyful rear garden and dining conservatory. Quiet location. Room only so no catering comment. Room a little warm but electric fan managed this adequately |

we just stayed for one night, but really impressed by the staff the only bad point would be, the poor choice for a continental breakfast.no croissant or french baguette,quality of the fruit salad for the season should be more appealing.but that's just details |

Clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. Ample parking and free wifi. All of these are my considerations when choosing a hotel. The room would have been better if it had a shower rather than a bath. |

We stayed in a superior room which had a huge bed and en suite.there wasn't much else in the room and the furnishings were quite tatty with age but overall an enjoyable stay. No air conditioning and at the top of the hotel it was boiling. we found the room fan in the wardrobe as we were due to leave. |

Quiet, peaceful comfortable room. Liked the bath robe. Small touch means a lot. Staff friendly and helpful. Wasnt too ompressed with continental breakfast, shortage of fruit and juices, however cooked breakfast made up for it. |

obliging staff who were happy to help during our staff. Parking ample. Good quality beer at the bar and we ate in the hotel for an evening meal which was excellent. |

the corner room was a good size. The room was very cold and the heating was ineffective and kept turning off. The room was too dark to read in unless you sat in bed or close to the table lamp. The breakfast was cold and when I complained the staff said it was because they didn't have facilities to heat the plates - and didn't seem to accept the food was cold in the serving dishes. The car parking arrangement was poor etc. |
