Clean room with TV and kettle for drinks. Comfortable beds. Quiet area which was still only 15 minutes walk from the beach and town centre.

The location was perfect for the business I was attending. The staff was very accommodating as I had to change my reservation and they allowed without hesitation. Well appreciated.

The place appeared a little run down. Clearly they are working on it the facilities so perhaps this aspect will come around next tine I visit.

The longeroom was comfortable, the main brm adequate.

Lack of attention. To detail (oven didn't work) missing cutlery, no wine glasses.

Lovely old building with great period features. The owners are really helpful friendly and professional, my needs were catered for.

The single room is small !

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly . We asked for a family room and were given a flat ! Large flat screen tvs , 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room it was great. I would highly recommend it.

It was really good value for money. Clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The appartments were exceptionally good, I thought. I went to Torquay with my partner´s son and we had two single rooms and ordered 3 breakfasts (and they were very good too).

Good clean comfortable room. Close to Babbacombe for the sea and Torquay Harbour only a 20 minute short walk away.

We loved the family suite, it was spacious, clean and very modern in design.

Breakfast was from 8:30 to 9am only which i felt was not very wide range of time, however i am told the breakfast was very good.

I liked the friendly owner, the nice room and good breakfast and it was very good value for money and located in a lovely area. I would recommend it to my friends.

Friendly greeting, quiet with an excellent location and an easy walk to the museum and the waterfront.

we loved it, right from when we booked the management bent over backwards to help us, i was pleasantly surprised (well no thats an understatement i was over the moon with our accomodation) we only stayed for 2 nights and to be honest none of us wanted to leave, we would definatly go back and have already spread the word about the hotel, i really cant praise our stay there enough and would like to thank the management for everything.

The owner was very nice, good english breakfast, free internet access, rooms were clean and warm.

It was a little bit far from the city centre and rooms were quite small.

Hat wohl die besten Tage schon hinter sich, V.A. die Betten und Fenster (schwer zu öffnen und schließen), steht aber anscheinend zum Verkauf.

Lage des Ansteys Lea mitten in Torquay in der Nähe von Model Village und Kents Cavern. Sauberes Hotel mit guten Frühstück.

Sehr nettes und großes Appartment. Ziemlich ruhig, gute Lage in Torquay, Sehr sehr nette Leitung!

Ikke rigtigt noget. Størrelsen på hotellejligheden. Værelse med bad og seng til både voksne og børn.

Tykke beskidte gulvtæpper. Ikke rengjort ved ankomst. Dårlig lugt. Duft- spruttere på hvert værelse for at "snuppe" den dårlige lugt.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The couple who previously owned the property were standing in at the time, and they couldn't have made us all feel more welcoming- proper home from home experience. We had a great family room with two ensuite bedrooms, open plan lounge and kitchenette absolutely ideal for us. We didn't use the breakfast facilities however on one particular morning we had a knock at the door with left over bacon, sausage and hash browns, in which was very welcoming and thoughtful. . We also had help on visiting places and the best suited beaches for our family. Thank you so much for making our family break complete.
