The rom was very comfortable with good working facilities. The meal was also very good with attentive staff. The car park was in a very poor condition and as it had been raining heavily there was large puddles everywhere which mean you had to carry your suitcase rather than be able to use the wheels. Also for a lady in high heels could have resulted in an accident. Seriously needs addressing.

attractive main building, good but expensive food. my husband walks with difficulty, we informed the hotel and were placed in an annex with a outside walk to all meals and the main hotel and consquently got wet .The short cut door was shut on some occasions and reception unmanned much of the time. No fridge , free wifi,no safe in the room, expensive phones, credit charge surcharge--poor for a 4* hotel. The resteraunt was full we were not advised to pre book.

we were made so welcome by all the staff and they certainly went the extra mile to make our stay special. I celebrated a birthday while I was there and they made it extra special. A lovely place to stay and a fine example of a bygone age that has been lovingly restored. I would definately stay there again. This is a great place to stay if you love English historical houses. The only thing I could fault was the water pressure in the shower, but it was ok, just not very powerful... the nature of an old building.

Since discovering Macdonald Ansty Hall, we have returned whenever we are in the area, whether meeting friends or family at Birmingham Airport or just travelling through Warwickshire - we enjoy the excellent service of your staff who are always helpful, very pleasant and very efficient - the whole ambience of Macdonald ~Ansty Hall is commendable and we will continue to return. As usual our visit this time was most enjoyable - relaxing and comfortable.

A beautiful building and rooms furnished to a high spec. The bed was the biggest I have seen since our stay in New York! The gardens and grounds were immaculate and beautifully designed and maintained. The location was great, just off the m6 but in the heart of the countryside so quiet and tranquil. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was amazing, my husband was especially pleased with the black pudding, I loved the toast and butter which just kept coming! Also had my favourite drink, Magners, altho very expensive. The room was very hot, even with the radiator off and the window open I couldn't sleep. The evening meal was quite disappointing, a limited amount of vegetables to go with the meal and not very interesting when they did arrive, also portions very small for quite a high cost, as were the drinks from the bar (£7 for a bottle of Magners is really high).

The location is very convenient for Airport use, situate in beautiful grounds though not far from the motorway. The welcome at the Hotel was first class; the assistance given by all staff - particularly the young man at Reception in assistance with flight confirmation has to be commended. All Hotel/Restaurant staff were friendly, professional and most efficient. The overall standard of both Hotel and Restaurant was excellent. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The staff were amazing, going out of their way to accommodate us and even doing things unasked to help us with our 10 month old. Unfortunately our room was immediately above the kitches and got very warm during meal times (not to mention the floor vibrating slightly). However, this didn't really impact on the stay as dinner was over well before bed time, and we hardly noticed in the morning, the bed was so comfortable!

“We have stayed here before and once again have been thoroughly impressed with the welcome and professional manner of the staff at check in. Location wise perfect for access to the M6/M69 yet absolutely quiet within the rooms. Comfy beds, good showers and good dining/eating options on the same business estate. Recommended whole heartedly.” Jennifer, Bicester |
