Not the apartments pictured on the net much older. Washing machine didn't work.
great kitchen facilities, helpful staff, and excellent location.
The instruction is like playing "a game".
The hand shower was not working. Toilet was unclean. Overall it was a bad experience.
The young ladies in the office were especially courteous and helpful. The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. A really nice surprise. Quite small but a really good use of space with a modern kitchenette. We would most definitely use them again.
The location was convenient to the Metro.
The Shower was broken, although I paid extra to have it en suite. The light going up the stairs didn't work the first day and I required a flashlight to get up to my room. The WiFi worked off and on, and only in the Kitchen. The toilet leaked and didn't flush 100% of the time.
The kitchen was pretty new and well equipped. For a tourist, it is quite well located, 10 minutes walk from the Big Ben and so.
If you are looking for a place to stay near Victoria, the location provided is the one of the office but not the apartment, which is quite far from there (and from the closest Tesco). The apartment is full of food and clothes as if somebody were living there. Besides, use the magnetic black part of the key if you want to open the main entrance door, it is not so obvious. The bath was not the most modern one. Wifi Signal is quite weak and you can not connect with your mobile phone.
We had a reasonable two bed apartment with ensuite and they provided a cot.
When you book with this company the address they give is their office not the address of the apartment. They email you a couple of days before with the actual address which could be anywhere. I had booked this apartment due to proximity to Victoria Station but actual address a 15-20 minute walk away which with luggage and small children was painful. No provisions in the kitchen - not even dishwasher tablets.
A specious well equiped appartment in a good location. Nice living room and kitchen. Comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. Very good and helpful customer service. Good organisation of a key collection.
The bathroom requires (esspecially the bathtub) a bit renovation. Windows need to be fixed as too much noise from the street comes in.
not a lot
smell in hallway lights om stairs not working shower not working, told to use communal bathroom
The location to Victoria bus station and train station. The location and convenience to the centre of london clean, tidy and comfortable. friendly and helpful office staff ideal for a 1 to 2 night leisure trip to london
shared bathroom. but wasn't an issue
Staff were brusque and a bit rude lightbulbs missing Corridors dirty Other people using your shared bathroom Extreme noise from bars and traffic outside Generally a bit scruffy Wardrobe hiding falling wall plaster
Location is excellent, 5 minutes to Victoria station, 15 to Parliament & Westminster. Many local shops and restaurants nearby.
The entrance hallway reeked of cat urine, the hallway entry lights did not work, the included shower in Room 3 was broken. The walls and doors are incredibly thin and the wifi spotty and slow. I would much rather stay further away and pay less for what I did.
the booking address was not the actual address of the apartment. The instructions said 5 - 7 minute walk after picking up the key. This was a surprise as I would not have booked. I was wanting a place close to the station. we had 2 suitcases and thought we had done our research for the address before we left Australia. The apartment looked clean on first entering but it needs a good though clean. There was only 1 towel for 2 people. The drain in the shower was blocked. The underfloor of the shower had a thin membrane and you could feel rough rocks and surface underneath your feet. The shower had next to no water when turned on if it was on more the shower base would have overflown because of the blocked drain. No scotch brite or steel wool to clean saucepans which looked as if they needed scrubbing. No frypan just 2 small saucepans. Not impressed at all
The bed was comfortable. The location was bustling, but my room at the back was quiet: I would not have wanted either of the front rooms, though. The lounge/kitchen was spacious, and had I wanted to spend my days and evenings in the place I could have been comfortable there if nobody else wanted to share.
Slightly squalid feel to the whole place. e.g. sloppy paintwork, and the pull cord in the bathroom had snapped and someone had tied a piece of gauzy cloth to the lower end, which I had to reach up to grasp. The bathroom was shared between three rooms, including shared toilet and shared bathmat. I did not expect to have to share facilities when I booked an appartment - but then, it was cheap at £69. Room was small and very basic: no mirror, no drawers except one in the bedside cabinet. This was not what I would call an appartment.
I just satisfy with the quality of bed.
Location is not good. I was tricked by the booking that the location from victoria station is just 5 minutes walk, in fact is the office. The actually location is rather long walk and hard to find in the first time. Btw, I didnt realize there is another couple sharing the apartment, they are making a noise at night. The price is not worth as a apartment. And the staff is not friendly.
Location was great. Near transport and not that far to major attractions. Staff were obliging and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Minor issue but hard to get luggage up stairs.
3-minute walk to Victoria Station and reliable wi-fi.
This (40A Warwick Way) is NOT an "apartment." It is a spare, undecorated single room with a decent bed and a closet. Difficult to find the address, and felt unsafe once inside. Shared bathroom facilities were marginal; shower head did not connect to anything overhead. There was a general ickiness about the place that should put off even a budget traveler. (By no means would a woman traveling alone want to stay here.) Maybe I just got a bad property and this company has better ones.
Location, ease of access
Washing machine was dirty. It smelt and was unusable.
The apartments is very expensive, for this money should be better
Remember 2 min walk from bla bla it's only bla bla :))
Location was the greatest. Only a few minutes to Victoria station and to Buckingham palace. Plenty of choices to eat just outside the door. Arrangement to pick up keys after hours in the office were clear and handy as well.
The pictures used on the website were not even close to reality. Even we were lucky and got great place for value we paid for 6 adults, this kind of the advertisement doesn't help the business.
Location of the apartment
It didnt really match the advert and description at all.
I was told I would have a room with a private bathroom, but when I arrived there was a sign on the door which said it was out of order and to use the shared bathroom. The room was cramped with no desk, poor WiFi connection and stank of cigarette smoke. It was so awful I checked out early!
1. The office is too far from the apartment. 2. Not flexible on check out time.
The room was clean.
Shower was broken, and there was a sign saying to use the shower shared with other rooms! Wireless did not work on the room, signal too weak. Toilet flush malfunctioning. Building hallway entrance was smelly and dirty, although the room was fine. Hallway lights were broken, I had to use my phone as a flashlight.
