How easy it was to find and very comfortable.
The entrance hall was a bit shabby and needed a lick of paint.
the location is very good
but the outside was too noisy
Location and cost
We were unaware we would have to share a bathroom and kitchen with other guests
nice comfy bed
not very good location, it was an old council block of apartments that had been modernised but was still a residential area and hence there was one small corner shop and not much else
1 bathroom between 6 people is awful! The room wasn't to the standard of the pictures seen very disappointing won't be using them again
Any apartment around the world I rented was so good, that you wanted to stay forever. This was a dump, spiral stairs to the second flore and bath room, not clean and not pleasant, shabby, it was only good on pictures,no basics like cleaning things and tissues, sofa was 10,000 years old and so is the whole place
Location, local shops nearby, good clean flat
Really comfortable and modern apartment in a great location
Location, ease of pick up and drop off of keys. Beds comfortable. Bedrooms reasonably clean with nice white linen and towels.
Front door rickety, entrance hall unwelcoming. Sofas uncomfortable, only 4 glasses - there were 6 of us. No corkscrew. Kitchen utensils not very clean. With a few changes could be great.
Nice kitchen, clean bedding, relatively close to underground.
Entrance extremity dirty, very noisey, apartment very small, maintenance being conducted in the basement in evening adding to noise.
Good location, good space inside
Tiles in bathroom loose shower head kept falling off
Stayed in an apartment which was basically a room. Shared bathroom & kitchen. Travelled just myself & my 10yr old boy! Didn't feel safe, walls were filthy. Bed was hard, absolutely disgusting!!
Reasonable price for a great location
Pillows were uncomfortable, shower was out of order. You could hear every little sound. We asked about the Wifi because it wasn't working, they apparently sent someone to sort it to no avail...
The apartment we stayed in was excellent! I had read a few bad reviews online but I can honestly say that I haven't a clue what they were worried about! The room was immaculate, in an amazing place and although the building had a few apartments it was quiet and as comfortable as it could be. I would without a doubt recomend to anyone I know.
Completely different to what was advertised online
Within walking distance to Victoria station and plenty of nearby shops
No air-conditioning making it unbearably hot at night. Right above a busy main road meaning continuous noise from traffic. Had around 5 hours sleep from the heat and noise.
Perfect location, walking distance to many touristic places. Staff was really nice and helped us out to check in on Sunday. It was clean enough.
Internet didn't work in our room and at last floor, connection was very poor.
Window was broken... the blinds were also not so good. Would have liked a fan to be able to sleep with the windows closed to shut out some noise.
The Location close to Restaurant and Tesco. Also Close to Big Ben and London Eye Only 30 Min Walk
The apartment Small Not like the Photo Hot Need Fan or A/C
Room was a good size. Good WiFi. Nice neighborhood. Decent location.
Website (Booking.com) does not indicate shared bathroom. Staff weren't nice. Couldn't pay with credit card that was used to book hotel (had to incur foreign transaction fee as a result).
We were quite stressed when reading other people's reviews, not quite knowing what we would get. We were eventually very happy with the location of the flat (right next to the rental office) and the room itself. We were apparently amongst the lucky ones. Very well located, two minutes walk to Victoria Station, very central. Very nice café next door for breakfast, pubs and shops nearby. Bedroom was nice and comfortable, linen was clean. Staff was helpful, we were able to leave our luggage in the office for the day after having checked out. Altogether, London being London, it was a pretty good value for the price.
I didn't realise when booking that we would be sharing the bathroom with another room - cleanliness wasn't so good. Bathmat didn't look as though it had been washed in a while, and the bathtub wasn't spotless clean. Busy street and very noisy when the windows are open (month of August, hot...) but I survived with my earplugs and actually slept pretty well.
The room was gorgeous
Shared bathroom and kitchen was not expected.
