Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged GBP 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged GBP 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
To arrange check-in, you must telephone the residence office (number provided in your booking confirmation) at least 1 hour before your arrival. If you do not do this, you may have to wait longer than expected to check in.
Check-in after 21:00 is at an additional cost. To check in, go to the office at Ground Floor, 4 Greenland Place, NW1 0AP, where you will receive the keys and pay for the stay. You will be given directions to your apartment.

Payment must be in cash, upon arrival. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, this payment has to be arranged in advance. Please contact the apartments before your arrival.

We where very happy with the stay. I did not like the way we needed to pick up key. It should be possible to pay in addvance and have the key in the lobby at the appartment. |

the apartment was convienient uesful for buses and to get into London not very convinient to pick up the keys we lost a lot of time trying to find the area and miles away from the apartment one tube and two buses |

The apartment was ideally located and really charming with a small patio. Ideal as there were three of us travelling together and it was cheaper, and much more comfortable than booking two hotel rooms in London Only slight downside was having to pick up the key to the apartment from a different address, but they were very accommodating and helpful. |

It's very big, spacey, the staff was really nice and extremely helpful, it felt like home more than as if we were on vacation... Amazing, anyone who's thinking about it, GO FOR IT! Maybe someone should come clean everything every couple of days or so... |

Good value for the money. Kitchen equiped with basics, hair dryer and iron in room- nice affordable accommodations for families that don't want to pay hotel prices and be put in seperate rooms. A bit too far from tube. Check in was quite far from flat and had to take a taxi. |

The terrace was great to be relaxing in and not that many neighbours could "peek" in. The apartment was very fresh and new. We really loved that It had alot of space for cloths. The apartment was excellent.But if we have to mention something, we missed wi-fi. |

the place was clean and tidy, not too far for travel to the city picking up the keys from a different address is a major nuisance - staff should consider making different arrangements like meeting their clients at the appartment's address and handing over the keys there or soemthing similar. |

very good facilities(new kitchen with all machines,good television,dvd,washing machine with dryer etc.)big bathroom,lots of space in the apartment,good location.Exellent for people who like modern Scandinavian style(IKEA style).No wall-to-wall carpet,unusual in Britain,that was good,but because of no carpets at all even moving a chair made lots of noise in tale floor. Normal price quite expencive,we got a little bit cheaper because of low season.The doors made strange banging after closing. |

I like the fact it wasn't too far from the tube The fact there is no phone in the room, internet didn't work (didn't connect all the way to the last floor), no elevator so had to carry heavy bags, had to go all the way to the office to get keys |

A large well equipped North London apartment fully equipped for a stay. Very comfortable and clean. The apartment keys were to be collected between 3 to 9pm only or a charge would be added. They also preferred to be paid in cash. The TV signal was very poor. |

Clean rooms, good service, great value. Hard to find since there wasn't any sign on the building. A lot of noice in the room due to bad windows. Ask for a an apartment to be not on the main street so you can really enjoy your stay. |

Location v near to Kings Cross and underground Mornington Crescent also bustation next door.2 bed rooms 2 bathrooms normal size + full equiped cutchine.at all ideal for 4 ppl and good value for money. Bathrooms need more inventar.Pity no secund key for the doors if is 2 familys this is small problem. |
