The comfort of the room was of excellent standard, and it's central location was perfect. The lack of air in the room. It felt stuffy as the windows would not open. |

I really have nothing negative to say at all about the hotel. Everything was at the standard one would expect of a hotel of this level. Excellent, informed and helpful staff throughout, good breakfasts and excellent, well-appointed room made for a great weekend. |

Newly renovated hotel, very pleasant and helpful front desk staff, great looking designer rooms with a huge TV, free wifi which actually runs fast. Then there's a great breakfast in the morning. You'd probably pay about twice as much as this for similar quality in London or Amsterdam. |

The view to Calton Hill. The staff were not intrusive. Easy walking access to both the Old and New Towns. The bathroom was excellent with both shower and bath. |

All the people were very kind trying to help you in whatever your problem should be. They were patient when we had any difficulty to understand them ( their scotish accent ). The room was perfectly clean. And the food in restaurant was excellent. As we went by train, its location was very convenient. |

Staff were attentive at all times and my wife and I thought that the food was excellent value for money. The room facilities were first class and the room was well proportioned and we found the Power Shower a particular pleasure. |
