A recepcionista KIM. Super eficiente, que logo resolveu nosso porblema com o colchão muito mole, e nos ajudou a achar o tour que queríamos pela Escocia. Otima comida no restaurante. Colchões muito moles e o box do chuveiro sem uma divisória o que faz com que o banheiro fique todo molhado apos o banho. Isso que trata-se de um hot. novo! Que arquiteto é esse ?Nos quartos um pouco mais caros isso não acontece. |

O design, a localização e os funcionários. O hotel é excelente para quem quer Edimburgo a pé Não demos mais pontos porque o quarto que nos deram tinha uma péssima isolação e ouvia-se demasiado ruído que vinha da rua. O parque de automóveis fica um pouco longe e não têm serviço de valet. |

The fact that it was central to all of the sites and that it had a pool and sauna which was nice after a long day sightseeing. I think for the price you pay breakfast should be included. |

I found the staff very obliging and helpful.The location of the hotel was excellent - in close proximity to all amenities and shops.Also, it is great value for money. |

Comfort and cleanliness of the rooms We stayed for 2 nights in a superior room, we had to move room for the 2nd night due to noise. The pool was freezing, the steam room was not working. |

Great impression from reception staff, very friendly and efficent. restaurant food excellent and staff attentive to detail. great location for shopping and train and bus trips. Quiet hotel even though it was close to busy road. |

As a disabled customer, the hotel was totally accessible. The staff in all areas were very welcomiing and did everything possible to help. |

The comfort of the room was of excellent standard, and it's central location was perfect. The lack of air in the room. It felt stuffy as the windows would not open. |

I really have nothing negative to say at all about the hotel. Everything was at the standard one would expect of a hotel of this level. Excellent, informed and helpful staff throughout, good breakfasts and excellent, well-appointed room made for a great weekend. |

Good powerfull shower,had to remove rubber sheet from the bed to stop sweating and get to sleep,pillows not good either,night club across the road open to three every night,nice room,could do with a new carpet maybe. |

Newly renovated hotel, very pleasant and helpful front desk staff, great looking designer rooms with a huge TV, free wifi which actually runs fast. Then there's a great breakfast in the morning. You'd probably pay about twice as much as this for similar quality in London or Amsterdam. |

The view to Calton Hill. The staff were not intrusive. Easy walking access to both the Old and New Towns. The bathroom was excellent with both shower and bath. |
