The situation, within walking distance of the historic oart of Edinburgh , but equally also close enough to the shopping area as to be convenient.The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also good value with plenty choice. Lack of car parking is a slight drawback but public car parks are reasonably close by. |

We flew to Edinburgh and arrived at the hotel 9am and the staff gave us a room within one hour. Excellent service throughout our stay. Our cooked breakfast was servered on such hot plates the food was cooking on the plate, not good. |

Its location and room comfort the room I received was at the far end of the coridor, and it felt as if I got it due to my booking fthrought the site and since I payed a lower rate. I wa s not expecting this and was disapponted to find that I got one of the chepest rooms in the hotel |

Great location. Well designed. Stained sheets were left on the bed after the first night of our stay until I phoned housekeeping to change them! Also very poor pressure on shower. Ate once in hotel very dissappointing. |

It was pleasure to stay in Apex City Hotel. Location is in grassmarket, old town, excellent for all kind of activities in Edinburgh. Room was tidy and large and equip bus tab and all kinds of amenities, even room slippers! Free WIFI, computer and printing support searching and booking of entertainments and restaurants. |

Excellent location, nice room, friendly and helpful reception staff The house keeping kept repeatedly coming into our room in the morning of our departure, pretending they thought we had already left the room. I thought it was pretty inappropriate and it felt like they were trying to harrash us out. This actually made us annoyed and to stay for longer than we woud have otherwise done - so it was both pointless and bad service. |

This hotel has indeed excellent location. We were very satisfied with breakfast buffet. Hotel staff is professional and very kind. Our room has one small window and no view at all. Room entrance has a bad noise isolation. Internet facilities are very slow. |

Booking through internet was quick and easy. We especially appreciated the instant confirmation of our booking. Location at the Grass Market was good for city break. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive. |
