The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. The room was immaculate. I would stay there again and would recommend the hotel. I didn't like being in a room without a window I felt claustrophobic at times

The location of the Apex City of London was ideal for our trip to London for the weekend, as we wanted to visit the Tower of London, and was only a tube ride away from the West End where we had booked tickets to see a show.

Not possible to open the windows. Only possible to cool the room was through the ac and I don't like to sleep with the ac on. With the ac off it would get too hot.

A blonde lady at the reception was very rude to me when I asked about the laudry services. Also the extra deposit of 25gbp when I had already paid them in cash was totally unappropriate.

Excellent location for travellers with Stena Line H.of Holland , one stop with Cicle Line from Liverpool station and 2 minutes from Tower of London. Quiet location, excellent staff who arranged an early check inn and offered to load the empty battery of my Nokia telephone.Clean spacious room with excellent beds. What a change compared with the old London tourist hotels in former mansion houses!!

On arrival at the hotel the staff came across as very polite and helpful. Due to the nature of our stay our room was upgraded free of charge and was given room 321 which was alot bigger than the standard room we had booked and also had a huge balcony. The hotel has excellent facilities and as got a large discount when we booked it meant for we only paid £10.00 more for this great hotel than we would have paid for staying in a London Travelodge, so I would say outstanding value for money. This is our 2nd stay and we will be staying in this hotel again and i will be recommending it to all of my family and friends.

The standard rooms are pretty small. Room 401 that we were given was very dark and had no view from the window. Ok for a short break but a little depressing if staying any longer.

Very nice room, friendly staff and convenient location. It was really easy for us to get around. We didn't order breakfast but it was ok as there are several nice places within minutes of the hotel. We will return!

Great location to the tube and buses. Decent price for it being the Christmas season. Restaurant food was pretty tasty! The beds. Not comfortable. But very nice down comforters.

The location is excellent. The perks that come with the room for free is too good to be true...free local calls?!! This is on top of free wifi, tea n coffee facilities etc. We've got a bargain price from booking.com, so this hotel is very well worth the money. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient too. Will definitely return if in London again!

Beside the unespected very cheap offer, the location is perfect! Very nice rooms, good staff! The advice of the staff for parking was not the best and sureley not the cheapest. You better check it yourself!

Very good location, close to Tower and a tube station. Many cafes and shops around. Nice room - slightly small but very clean and tidy. In addition there is a tea/coffee kit and a kettle. Most cafes around are closed on the weekend
