From our point of view the location was excellent (working at LUC). It is also ideal for those visiting London being so central and in an intersting area. The ceiling in the reception area, that really should be corrected, oterwise an excellent hotel.

The hotel is amazing. The best one I have ever stayed in. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The location is excellent with only a 10min walk to convent Garden. The suite we had was out of this world with a 3d television in the lounge and another 40inch one in the bedroom. The bar is very relaxing as is all the general areas.

Very nice stay for a more than reasonable price + excellent location! The cleaning lady sometimes knocked on our door wanted to know if needed any services, even when our room was already cleaned up. Apparently she also dropped in at a couple staying in the room next to ours.

The staff were very friendly. The location was excellent, at weekends it is a quiet haven in the City. Our room was very clean, as was the hotel generally. All in all a very good place to stay and we would stay again The extractor fan in our bathroom was far too noisy( it was loud enough to be heard in bed, even with the bathroom door closed) and was made worse by the fact that it was on all the time. I did mention it to the staff but it seemed that nothing could be done. Not really an issue, but I thought the dining room was looking a little "tired" round the edges.

As we were visiting for our wedding anniversary we were upgraded on our room. The room was great...was very clean and tidy! The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. Great location and will definitely recommend the hotel to any friends and family. Thank you

On arrival at the hotel the staff came across as very polite and helpful. Due to the nature of our stay our room was upgraded free of charge and was given room 321 which was alot bigger than the standard room we had booked and also had a huge balcony. The hotel has excellent facilities and as got a large discount when we booked it meant for we only paid £10.00 more for this great hotel than we would have paid for staying in a London Travelodge, so I would say outstanding value for money. This is our 2nd stay and we will be staying in this hotel again and i will be recommending it to all of my family and friends.

Great location to the tube and buses. Decent price for it being the Christmas season. Restaurant food was pretty tasty! The beds. Not comfortable. But very nice down comforters.

The location is excellent. The perks that come with the room for free is too good to be true...free local calls?!! This is on top of free wifi, tea n coffee facilities etc. We've got a bargain price from booking.com, so this hotel is very well worth the money. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient too. Will definitely return if in London again!

Beside the unespected very cheap offer, the location is perfect! Very nice rooms, good staff! The advice of the staff for parking was not the best and sureley not the cheapest. You better check it yourself!

Very good location, close to Tower and a tube station. Many cafes and shops around. Nice room - slightly small but very clean and tidy. In addition there is a tea/coffee kit and a kettle. Most cafes around are closed on the weekend
