The bedroom was very comfortable in a minimalist style, the bathroom and shower were spacious and only lacked a shaving mirror, the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful without any phony servility. The City location is quiet at the weekend but well placed to travel around London. |

Excellent location between Tower Bridge and Underground "Tower Hill" station. Staff excellent. Room very large and comfortable. Great pubs nearby in the financial district. The internet connection was not always reliable. |

The decor of the hotel was very clean and modern in both the public areas and the bedrooms. The superior king rooms we booked had large separate showers as well as a bath. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our party booked 3 no Superior King Rooms. These were somewhat smaller than I expected. The "widescreen TV" is in fact the old deep box and not a modern LCD thin TV, although it was perfectly adequate. |

It was excellent all round. The bedroom could have been slightly larger, but that would be a very picky comment. I tried to re-book at the hotel a week or two later and the prices were so far away form the deal I got at the stay in question, that it was unbelievable. It was a difference of well over £100!! |

Full use of the leisure facilities. Full restaurant menu available in the room for perusal. Hard pillows. We were expecting a 'pillow menu'. |

Very clean hotel with friendly staff, and well equiped room. In room 101, the foul water pipe in the riser next to the bed was very noisy whenever the WC was flushed on the floor above. Noise insulation would be advantageous. |

Decor was good - interesting and hip. Staff were friendly on the most part: one exception. Food was good. Concierge was fantastic: helpful, charming and prepared to be pestered...will stay there again and have already passed on the tip to friends (I hope chris is not rostered on) Didn't like 'Chris' - for a front desk job, he really needs to remember that hotel guests don't like to be treated with a grim counternance. Guests in hotels should feel like guests. He should be given a basement job until he can learn how to treat guests with more grace. |
