Bokade twin bedroom men fick själv flytta isär sängar och möblera om i rummmet för att det skulle passa. Hade begärt att få ett rum som var beläget på avstånd ifrån hissarna. Fick istället ett rum i direkt anslutning till hissarna. |

The staff was very helpful, the gym was well equipped. The room was in good condition, there was a big minifridge (although with nothing in it). The beds were not that comfortable, and the linens were real noisy - you couldn't turn in bed without waking up the person beside you! The air condition was also weird, it never kept the temperature steady and mostly it blew cold from the fans. The toilet was somewhat hard to flush. Our room was placed really near the elevator, and the elevatorvoice could be heard into our room. |

Great location, few steps to Tower Hill station. Room was big, comfortable with incredible size TV set. |

A very comfprtable and large city room with a large bathroom. Delighted to have tea & coffee making facilities and use of a safe in the room. Very pleasant staff and a good breakfast. |

It is very modern, appears to have been rrecently refurbished, and is immaculately clean. Its location is good - central, but not on a main street, which means there is little in the way of traffic noise. I would certainly stay there again. |

The Rooms were very clean and modern, would stay again for this factor. No plug sockets, also the hygiene of the staff was terrible. I ordered something from the bar and so did my friend when the girl brought it over the smell was terrible and we could not drink our drinks it put us off so much. |

Great location good rooms and comfort Hotel was fine but credit card was pre-authorised so I ended up being charged when I checked out and having a pending transaction for the same amount leaving me with small credit left on my card when I checked my credit card online my balance was up to the hilt basically being charged twice. This pre-authorisation should not be put through as a transaction until bill is settled |

The local and the good availability and price of the restaurant. The staff was helpful and I loved having the free wireless. They also allowed us to check in early when we arrived from a 6 am flight. |

Good location, close to Underground stop and attractions such as Tower of London, Tate Modern, Saint Paul's Cathedral and walks along the Thames. Well-equipped fitness center in hotel. Staff was generally helpful. Large size of room and modern design of public spaces were also good features. Have to use subway to reach other parts of London that have more nightlife and restaurants; there isn't much within easy walking distance. |

Convenient placement - central zone 1 of London, 2 min walking from metro station "Tower Hill". Silent rooms. New and modern equipment. Comfortable beds and pillows. I missed a reading lamp. The light in the room was not enough for reading. |

Good clean comfortable rooms great shower and easy access to Tower bridge and the Tower of London Could only issue one room card at arrival as they had run out of cards. |

Excellent, clean & nice size room, nicey decorated and very comfortable. Very helpful staff. Close to underground. It was nice to have a dvd player on which we decided to play our CDs we bought while in London. One night we came home late and asked whether they could bring up some snacks. Even though the kitchen was closed the night staff brought up crips and nuts and we were never charged. We forgot our passports in the safe and the congierge called to let us know so we were able to pick those up before we left for the airport. Would definitely stay here again! |

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice room with comfortable beds and good bath room. Close to the Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station. Good continental breakfast. Good value for money. I would recommend this hotel. Only minor complaints: there was no toilet brush and not enough toilet paper. The windows in our room couldn't be opened and the air conditioning was a bit noisy (but it worked well). |

The bedroom was very comfortable in a minimalist style, the bathroom and shower were spacious and only lacked a shaving mirror, the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful without any phony servility. The City location is quiet at the weekend but well placed to travel around London. |
