I think it is a really nice place to spend a night or two, perhaps even more, particularly the rooms facing the Unicorn and dockside. It is well located for my business trips to the area. I like the fact that Wi-fi access included in the price The staff are generally very friendly and welcoming I like the bathrobes. Minor points only I have always felt that the main lounge area is a bit soul-less - I think you need to do something with the lighting to make it feel as warm and welcoming as the bedrooms The internet access code, which is printed on the guest card did not make it clear that this is what it is and I had to go down to reception to find out (the phone wasn't being answered).

Our first time at an Apex hotel it was an excellent experience.The staff are extremely friendly.The rooms are large and beautifully furnished.Bathrooms large with bath and shower and Elemis tioletries.The pool is very nice area with 2 large hot tubs sauna and steam room with well equiped gymn.Great location at entrance to /tay bridge great views and handy to walk into town.Also free parking all over a great hotel.

Spa facilities Poor service. Room/bathroom not overly clean. Very noisey on saturday night in room from disco downstairs-last till 1am and hotel staff most unhelpful to resolve this...ie move us to queiter part of hotel.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the room service food was of a very high quality and was reasonably priced, spa facilities and swimming pool were excellent, very good value for money.

Very comfortable bed slept well ,liked separate shower and bath .however no safety rails in bath or shower.As a mature couple this was disconcerting. Poor lighting for putting on make up,,using own hairdryer difficult, as power points for this facility are central to the unit and did not allow for plug moulded onto cable .a magnifying/shaving mirror in bathroom would have helped .Next time get a woman to design this area of the rooms.. Overall good value for money the room and other facilities were exellent and we would stay in an Apex hotel again.

Conveniently placed, easy parking, good practical rooms Whilst the restrurant staff were great the menu lacked "salad" options, it maybe that we were both from Greece and expected more but there was nor real "lighter" salad options to choose from.
