My wife and i were staying the night as my works Xmas function was being held in the Hotel. It was a fantastic venue to stay in and the function was best ever. The free duck that you get does not swim, ducks are meant to float, not turn over and sink, unless the one we got had passed away ha ha . |

The hotel was set in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. It had a very relaxing ambience. The room had all amenities required and was clean, modern and pleasant, The bed was huge and there was a great view over the water. We did not have time to use the spa facilites but would definitely book again and use them as they looked excellent. |

The calm and staff professionalism Room cleaning done too late (18:00, I had to claim to make room to have some rest. Cleaning done too quickly in my opinion, some cleaning detail forgat (eg. glasses found dry tooth paste on bottom of some.) Some peoples smoking in their room, smoke smell in corridors. Some pillow have residual odors. |

The bedroom and en suite bathroom were clean, fresh and modern. The external appearance of the hotel looked a bit tired. The dining room lacked atmosphere. The food was average. |

location, good comfortable size of the room poor attitude of staff, good cleaning would help a lot; we were waken up by a cleaner banging the door to check if the room is empty (8:30 - checking out time 12:00); breakfast was a terrible experience, the waitress was struggling to find a bit cleaner table between all those loaded with debris then forgot of us completely; we got received one tissue, clearly used by someone else, before between two of us, buffet was almost empty (just after 9:00) not to dream about "full breakfast"; some food was "just coming" but never did, never got tea or coffee; we remember this hotel in its much better days |

The location of the hotel was excellent since it takes about a 5 minute walk to reach the downtown and less than 2 minutes to get to the bus station and a short walk to the railway station no refrigirator was avaliable and unluckely my room was one of the rooms that had no balecony. Otherwise everything was just fine. |

Proximity to University and relaxing surroundings. The room was not completely made up (bathroom undone and most likely old sheets), even though check in was in the evening. |

I thought the hotel on the inside was finished to a high standard. The spa was excellent and the breakfast was adequate. The exterior of the hotel was in poor condition. When trying to check in at 4pm, our room wasn't ready and we were asked to wait in the lounge. After a day's travelling, i found that unacceptable. |
