The facilities, especially the sauna, pool and jacuzzi were ideal after a day of sport some of the restaurant staff had an unpleasant manner, for example being told where to sit when there were no other diners in the restaurant for breakfast, was a nonsense |

Extremely attentative and friendly staff. Very high standard of room. Secure car parking and closeness to shops. We did not like the pizza restaurant being connected to the indoor pool. |

the staff at the hotel were very good and I thought the standard of my accomadation was excellent value. I liked the spa area and thought the breakfast was good, a lot of choice. |

Very helpful and friendly staff, a pleasant atmosphere with good food, it was nice to relax in the jacuzzi and have a swim after a long day walking. Nothing I was aware of. |

The shower was very difficult to get to a constant temp, you would boil one min then freeze, ended up having a bath.... |

Pleasant overall Decor with comfortable well facilitated room. Reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Very good buffet breakfast. Overall very good value for money. Would benefit from a soft drinks / snack dispensing machine in the lobby. |

It was convenient to the town and our friends in Monmilais it was adequate for our purposes during a short stay The decor was dated ,the hand basin in room 121 was cracked, the hotel was in a time warp. |

the welcome was great, we were allowed to leave our luggage as we knew we were four hours early for our room to be available. when we returned the luggage was taken to our room which i thought was great after a couple of nights i realised what the smell was, and shoud have complained but it was a bit late for this. the pillows in our room was so hard and smelt, but the problem was that it smelt of stale sweat which was unacceptable, the pillow needed changing or washing. this is no way derogatory to the staff that cleaned our room each day, they were brilliant !!! |

The hotel was nice and the rooms were pretty big with two single beds pushed to together for the double room. The breakfast was good and there was a wide selection of cooked foods, cereals, yoghurts and fruits. It is a short walk to the shopping area and there is a shop close by as well as a pub downstairs and one a couple of minutes walk away. The staff were generally unfriendly and the hotel restaurants was one of the weirdest experience's of dining I have had. When we went to dinner at 8 on the first night there was 3 of us and a couple of other tables with 4 and 6 people but the restaurant was almost silent it was like being in a libary and everyone was whispering. It didn't help that one of the waiters kept giving us evil looks just because we asked for something. The restaurant closes at 9 or 9.30 and you knew you were no longer welcome . The food was also not good value for money. The bar also shut suddenly without any warning even though there was about 10 people still sat aroundv |

The indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym were good. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was a good size. We only ate breakfast so can't comment on other meals, but it was good with a good choice, english, cereals, yoghurts etc. The television could have done with being a little newer, but we didn't watch it that much so wasn't really a problem. The main thing that let the hotel down was the showers which quite frankly were dangerous, going from freezing cold to scalding hot. As we are youngish we were nimble enough to move out of the way quickly enough to avoid being scalded. An older person is likely to get burnt, then jump, slip and be injured as well as burnt. The was a label in the shower warning that the water may come through very hot, but this just highlighted to me (and any solicitor who may be subsequently employed) that the hotel is aware of the problem but has done nothing about it. |

Everything. The quality of the Staff is to mind beyond equality. Fantastic Food, Room, Facilties, Service. Second time we've used it, and now looking to use it next year for groups. (I own a Travel Company) And I am very particular about what I select for my clients. Can't wait to go back. |
