The owners were very welcoming and friendly at all times. They accomodated us with an earlier check in,so we could get out and about in the town. The location is ideal for being close to all shops, restauants and pubs. The breakfast was freshly made and very good.

The breakfast was superb, Melissa the owner was very hospitable and her knowledge of local area was very helpful indeed. The room was immaculate, and very well presented. The House itself is beautiful, and perfectly located on a quiet street, close to all amenities. I would highly recommend and will be back soon!

A very warm and friendly welcome by the owners Melissa and David greeted us on arrival and they were superb hosts throughout our visit. The accommodation was homely, very tastefully decorated and immaculate. Our breakfasts were delicious every morning, with excellent choices available. We would highly recommend Appin House and would definitely revisit should we return to Ayr. Thank you for a lovely stay. There was nothing to dislike.

We recieved a very warm welcome on arrival at Appin House. The accommmodation was spotlessly clean. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The choice for breakfast was excellent. A wide mix of cereal, and plenty of hot toast were available. We also had a full cooked breakfast to choose from. The breakfast was served in a lovely fully air conditioned conservatory. The house was ideally located in the centre of town and close to all the local amenities. W e couldn`t have asked for any more. Excellant.

The guest house was superbly decorated, thought I was entering a luxury hotel! We where greeted at the door with a large smile and very welcoming hostess/owner. She could not do enough for us, even helped us research details of long lost relatives in the Ayr area! Very close to the main shopping promenade, 5 min walk at most. Breakfast was excellent and was made to suit ourselves at the time we preferred, not the guest house. To round it off, as we where not leaving until late evening, the hostess let us use our room until we left at no extra cost, truly excellent business/service, wish more guest houses where like this! Couldn't recommend highly enough, first place I will be trying again when I stay in the area! EXCELLENT!! Nothing, superb!!!
