Terrible Wifi. Vertical blinds in the bedrooms kept no light out. Cheap furnishings.
Handy for working in Canary Wharf, with lots of local character.
The overall apartment was excellant, and grocery store was great. The quiet location and clenliness was great! The cleaning service was good and staff announced entry first was very professional!
Cost of DLR & Underground was very expensive and might be an issue in future decisions to visit London. The apartment was not sealed properly and the vacuum in the building created a loud whiseling noise, but not to bad. In addition, to save on wear and tear; a mattress pad should be used to cover all mattresses. This will save mattresses a little longer and prevent body sweat from entering the mattress.

New building, well furnished, modern and clean. Great staff, location good for DLR into central London - really enjoyed our 17 days - will definitely use again.
Nothing - perhaps service twice weekly would be better than once, but I'm sure if asked they would.
Location and space
We contracted a type of apartment and it was not available, they gave us another one that did not have blinds on the windows, did not have enough items for 5 people and was not clean. At the check in the lady did not explains us all what was required, they gave us an emergency phone but when required they did not answer and did not call us back. This is not a company to trust.
The staff was not polite.First I have received a letter full with restrictions.On the day of leaving 2 hours before check out i was reminded that at 11.00 I have to leave.

One bedroom standard apartment does what it sais on the tin. Small but functional. Noisy boilers - this seems to be the case in most apartments here ( same at previous stay) Oven did not work, apart from that kitchen was brilliant. Being chased for parking payment was not a good experience. Three t/c two answer phone messages and a gent knocking on the door with a card machine was seen as a slight harassment ! NO OFFICE! A bit silly really!
location is great - couple of minutes walk to cutty sark. Apartment was quiet, clean and well furnished with a properly equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher.
Non-existent, incorrect postcode on booking confirmation. The most confusing check-in procedure ever, having to hang around outside Waitrose supermarket to meet their rep as they have no onsite office. Totally unclear instructions as to where to park up to meet said rep. Even though we had pre-ordered parking, they had not charged it to my card, so we had to find somewhere to get cash (not a problem if we'd have been told that prior to arrival). Upon meeting their rep, she asked to photograph my credit card on her mobile phone (Erm, no thanks). It all seemed quite disorganised. The underground car park leeches an alarming amount of concrete dust, so expect your car to look like it's been abandoned for years when you return to it a couple of days later. Most of the residents have car covers.

location- flat location changed to another area not in greenwich village. Rang the day before arrival was told to liaise at booked location. When we got there were told that apartment no longer available and that we needed to walk 20 minutes along the busy main road to the re allocated apartment. We had many bags and a 5 mth old baby. I was very distressed. The apartment was not overlooking the thames, was on a very busy main road, noise all through the night and the facilities were not as booked i.e.the main bedroom was not on suite. The apartment did not overlook the thames and the apartments were not near the DLR or underground. Location was paramount to my decision to book the original apartment and so I was bitterly disappointed.

The location It was clean
View of building works. Building dust on car in garage. Oven but no oven glove. No river view as promised. Lack of admin staff. Lack of signage. Small shower screen which caused flooding on floor. Small scorch mark on bedding. Air con would not shut off - noisy. Dirty corridor not cleaned all week. Very difficult to find your way out of the car park.
Spacious, warm apartment; comfortable bed.
Several things didn't work - the entry phone, dishwasher, tin opener etc. It felt that it was all for show and not really for living in. A few simple things, such as coat hooks in the hall way and a grab rail by the bath, would have made it more user-friendly.
When we arrived back in the evening the apartment was clean. And we received the extra bed on the Saturday as we had arranged. The apartment furniture was of a high standard and we liked the location, it was very good with Waitress so close by. We had a problem with the bedroom window and we called for help and they came very quickly, which was very good. If i could wish for anything I would have liked information of how to contact without using my mobile phone which cost a lot as the call goes back to Sweden first and then back to the UK. We would also have appreciated a Cafetiere to make coffee.
I had made arrangement to book in earle between 12.00-13.00. We couldn't find where to go to find our apartment but found somebody who contacted Marie. She took us to the apartment which hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupant. Although I had had an e-mail saying the apartment wasn't occupied the night before we got there. We had an appointment at the Tower of London to deinstall the Poppies, hence the reason we wanted to book in early. Marie told us we could leave our luggage in the apartment ad that she would come in the evening to tell us about the apartment. I sent a text message but no one came to see us. We didn't have enough toilet paper and not enough tablets to use the dishwasher.
Location - close to DLR, and Grennwich village. Apartment spotless and comfortable!
The arrival process all very messy with not very clear instructions regarding where our apt was and fob didn't work for car park.
Location overlooking the river was great for views etc..., the spec, the size of rooms etc were all good. Location close to Waitrose was excellent, as was the short walk to the DLR and town centre of Greenwich. We will certainly return in the near future!
Some of the electrical equipment did not work - the cooker extractor hood didn't appear to be hooked up. Also, one of the master bedroom electrical sockets was broken and the access intercom in the room was not working - this stopped us from 'beeping' our friends in - we had to leave the apartment and go to the main outside door to let them in.
