Apple Apartments

Outstanding value for money and a higher level of service and spec than I was expecting. Really excellent touches such as bottled water and fresh fruit and flowers. When I had a query, the manager responded promptly and helpfully.

Me an my boyfriend chose apple apartments because on the website it looked lovely, chilled apartment an it was.

However, we hated the location. We were both scared to even leave at night, we both felt intimidated, perhaps if the apartment staff had suggested taxi for us with our bags etc, but there were no staff to be seen. We stayed in a travelodge the 2nd night in north London as we didn't want to return back, we felt to go out for a meal an drinks on edge to walk around the area. I would not recommend any families anyone who is going for lesuire to stay. I did not like how we had an envelope left for us either, it's very impersonal an I like to feel welcomed into your stay, an it was everything but that.

Not too expensive, good location when arriving by car (free parking in the street). Recently painted.

Too small for 4/5 people. No window in the living room. A ventilator made annoying noise in the living room whenever the light was on. Poor finishing. Requested 5th bed was a deflating airbed.

Very clean and Modern Apartment, All you could ever want in a self catering apartment.

No Reception or Staff on site, i had to guess on how to get in or who to call to get in the apartment. Little / no signage on the apartment to help locate the building. Not in a very nice area certainly wouldn't want a family or lone females to walk in the area at night. No parking what so ever in the area.

The apartment was clean throughout and it included appliances. Good Value for money and the staff was very helpful. Tube was 10 mins walk and less than 30 mins to city centre. Pets are allowed! Good value for money.

The area was a bit rough and we did not feel safe (considering that I was travelling with my family).Parking is just available at the end of the street (10 mins walk, not too easy to find one) and if you want to park in front of the hotel, you will have to pay £20 a day and it is still on the street. Couch not too confortable and floor very noisy. The apartment was nice but I would not stay again because of location.

The rooms were great and had top of the range facilities. Very comfortable and great location for a get together with friends.

Very good location, close to underground station and excellent value for money. Supermarket and lots of shops just 2 min away. Comfortable beds and quiet area.

It was in the heart of the old town and surprisingly near to my relations' vicinity. Newly furnished, a beautiful walk up apartment -an importantly its safe for families. Not forgetting friendly service too.

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. Shopping is close by.

The area in which the apartment is situated is a bit dicey. The pull out couch was not very comfortable.

Inside was nice but cheaply done. Having a washer and dryer was convenient.

The area the apartments are located in can only be described as the ghetto of london. My girlfriend didn't want to get out of the car. No staff were present during our entire stay. We arrived at 8pm and didn't know how to get inside the apartments so tried to phone the number but there was no answer. Had to go to the nearest McDonald's to use their free WiFi. At least the email they sent me had details of how to check in after hours. The apartments were supposed to have free internet but it didn't work.

The room is spacious.

The male staff at the reception was rude. When I politely asked for the information for their 'free wi-fi', he replied rudely, with a raised voice, of this sentence: 'you should already have it inside the check-in envelope!'. The truth is, we never received the so called 'envelope', and even after he realized about this point, he just simply printed out a slip for us, threw to me, without any sign of apology. This kind of service attitude is simply disappointing and I would recommend you to go elsewhere.

The location right next to a bus stop and just a five minute walk to the tube station was perfect for us. We also loved the kitchen facilities and the washer/dryer. Having good wifi at no extra cost was a real selling point.

The bathroom was a bit too tiny. The small outdoor space just off the bedroom was unnecessary. That could have been better used to expand the bathroom.

I loved everything about it and it was ver clean staff are very welcoming and they stick to there word.

It was clean and spacious, plenty room for 4 people, brilliant amenities and friendly staff.

We arrived late wednesday evening and found the door locked. But a call to the manager - and we got the code for the door - and found our key to the room on the desk. Very friendly and helpfull staff and management.

The place is very loud. The floor was noisy - and you could hear the neighbors through the walls.

All the little touches. Very accomodating and we've stayed previously. We needed an extra night during our booking, and as the appartment was fully boooked, the manager arranged for us to stay in another appartment owned by the company. Highly reccommend, and will definately stay again. Particularly ideal for small family, and easy reach of city centre by tube.

Very comfortable accommodation and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was new, spotlessly clean and the stuff was friendly.Good value for money. Will definitely use again.

The pull out coach was very comfortable to sleep on. Fully equipped kitchen was nice as well.

Even though everything looked pretty new - the ceiling in the bathroom was looking leaky and yellowish. Another big minus was the acustics in the appartments - you could hear your neighbour breathing if you were sleeping in the kitchen/common room area.

The location is close to the tube station and there are supermarkets nearby. We four people had two nights in a single-bedroom flat that is very comfortable and equipped with sufficient facilities. The stuffs are friendly and helpful for our late check-in, but it seemed to me that they can be reached by only email rather than telephone before check-in even during the working time.
