Spacious clean and well equipped
Musty smell in bedroom
I liked the whole room. The layout was nice.
Not enough space to move around in. Too hot, no window.
The apartment was really spacious.
Bottles of water was in the fridge, washing up liquid and kitchen roll was all there too. The double bed was made up of two single beds but was very comfortable.
Parking is not what it seems. There's free OVERNIGHT parking from 6pm-8am n free all day Sunday but otherwise the closets carpark is Primark. Location isn't great either.
Super clean, great shower, good bed and bedding.
Studio had no window just a fan!!! Only a microwave, the description wasn't good, rough looking area.
Location, local shops and takeaways. Great for the city and West End.
There is no parking. From 8am you either have to pay (in the public carpark) or move (from outside as it's residents only between 8am and 7.30pm) so an early start to avoid a fine either way!
quite clean and spacious
ventilation needs to be improved too hot in summer
The apartment itself was great
The kids were a bit freaked out by the tone of the district as itwas quite run down , but they got used to it.
Was a great stay! Much better than the hotels!
Apartment was on ground floor so each time someone entered or exit the building there was a loud bang with the door.
Ideal location and price for travel to wireless festival
The parking arrangements where unclear in the advert and the actual situation. £20 a day parking at a parking in the town was unclear. Should be clearer on the booking page that you pay for parking during the day and is only free between 6.30pm to 8am!
Facilities, comfort stay
Lights was not working an also the 2 single bed was stuck together
cleanliness and staff were on the phone to advise.
Apartment 6, the studio apartments ????, has no windows, its like a box room, very small, very hot, can hear people coming in and out all night as it is right next to the front door.
Near to a big market and shops. Quite area
Nice apartment and facilities
Some youngsters used the apartments to party all night with loud music and lots of alcohol (both Fri AND Sat nights). Beware! Very poor attitude of cleaning staff, who refused to clean the apartment more than once despite claiming cleaning every second day (I stayed for 6 days).
Perfect value for money, appartment was well cleaned
Parking is possible, but it is free only in evenings and the whole SUnday. Otherwise, you can leave your car on parking which is very close. But it is quite expesive, for more than 6 hours pay like 12 pounds. You have to keep in mind to call a number from the booking once yu arrive. There is no reception. By Phone you will get code to enter the buiding.
Wi fi and kocation
Unfortunately there was a mouse in our room and the sofa bed was dirty.
The apartment was very close to the town and a 10 minute walk from the tube station. The bathroom was clean and so was the apartment...
The apartment was more of a room as it was very small. No shower gel or shampoo etc in the apartment. No free parking until after 6pm on Saturday - Sunday night. No one to meet and greet you, just an envlope on the table telling you your room number and code to get in.
The appartment is about 30 minutes travel by Underground from the city center and is in an area with mostly migrants (<10% non-migrants). The Salvation Army has a house/church next door. In the evening there were people hanging out before the Salvation Army, which did not give us a secure feeling and caused a lot of noise till 23.30 hrs on one evening. During our 4 days stay we did not see anybody from the apartments. There is no reception and if you need something you need to call the number on your reservation. This was also necessary to get into the apartments. When we checked out we got (via the telephone, after 3 times trying to reach the "reception", the confirmation that we could leave our bags in the room. But when we returned to the apartment to pick them up, they were put in the corridor downstairs. As there is no reception, they were basically up for grabs. Although the rooms seemed clean upon arrival, the apartments were not cleaned during our stay. At night we were woken up by a mouse in the apartment that was opening a bag of chips. There was one good double bed and one sleeping couch in our apartment. The latter is ok, but for longer stays not sufficient. The apartments have wooden floors, so you will be woken by your neighbours if they wake up early or return late, which actually also happened. The toilet/shower is very small (you can hardly sit on the toilet). Although there was open wifi, it did not seem to work. We may have needed to use a secured wifi, but did not receive any security code for it. There is a kitchen with minimal equipment, but sufficient to prepare a breakfast (not dinner). All in all a disappointing experience
Fantastic value for accommodation in London. While the location is not central it is a short walk to the underground. The cleanliness, size and facilities far exceed what I was expecting for the price.
The local area is quite interesting but perhaps a little scary if walking alone late at night. However the apartment itself was very safe and secure feeling.
Kind of apartment rental which twice a week cleaning service, We stay at apple 7days and change the towel for twice like apartment. All equipment as shown in picture.
Only this Apartment on this street ,most of them are house and shop which are so quite after 7 pm. The area is not so safe at night,at the tube station after8pm, many policeman stand by,check for ID
The appartments are spacious and well equiped. They are suitable for longer stays to families that prefer the autonomy given by serviced appartments. The personel is just present to do the cleaning if asked, otherwise you feel like being in your home.
It is a bit surprising when you arrive in front of the building to check in and you discover that there is no signage, no access to the building. So you need to call the number given by booking where you first have to identify the place you are calling from (East Ham), then tell your name, and if they acknowledge your reservation, then they will give you the access code to the building and tell you that you will read all further instructions in the enveloppe left at your name on the "reception desk". It is a very minimal service, you don't meet anybody till the next day when the cleaning lady is coming, but you realise after a while that you trully don't need more interaction, just help yourself and everything will be fine.
I needed one nights accommodation as I was running the London marathon. We were booked in for East Ham but were moved the day before due to a flood. We ended up at Stratford which was ideal for the DLR and tube stations. I think this property was probably better in that it was smaller and our dog had an outside area to use. It's only about 5 - 10 mins walk to the station. Very clean and tidy. Bed linen and towels smelt fresh. Kitchen well equipped. Managed to park the car outside the apartment for 2hrs at a time and it was free after 6.30pm on the Saturday and all day Sunday.
We had a problem with the bathroom fan which didn't turn itself off after an hour so we used the power switch on the meter to turn it off. As there were four of us we used the sofa bed and were disturbed by the water boiler and fridge clicking on and off all night. We didn't report anything as we were away first thing. But I didn't expect to sleep due to the anticipation of the marathon. Oh yes I did it!
Cleanliness, facilities and no road noise
Noise of people working around in the apartment above
The facilities I.e. Shower were good however it's a shame that everything about the apartment felt dirty.
The apartment smelt very strongly of stale smoke and there were no windows to try and air it. The fans were all clogged up with thick dust. I had to go to the local tesco to buy cleaning products. For a "boutique feel" apartment I would expect basic cleanliness and I was absolutely appalled with these apartments. It meant that we both woke up feeling chesty. There were also issues with security. All in all unless the hygiene improved I would not recommend stating here.
I liked the apartment itself and all was clean and tidy. The location was only 15min to the event I was attending in London Excel so it was pretty handy. It was warm all the time and everything was as described.
The neighborhood isn't one of the best but no safety was compromised and also a few minor details in the apartment like where the towels hang kept falling, the shower door would come out easily and the fact the curtain in the room wouldn't go all the way down.
