No reception Terrible location and it takes 40 minutes to arrive downtown from East Ham Station.

No one in the hostel! Need to call the staff but I haven't romancing! I asked the nice guy who was willing to call the staff then I can go to the hostel! No reception place!

- Internet connection was pretty good We booked this "hotel" purely because of its location close to West Ham football ground as we had tickets to see a game. I say "hotel" because it's basically just a house, doesn't even have a sign to indicate it is a hotel. Plus its in the middle of Indian neighborhood, so forget your fish and chips and "normal shops". Anyway on the arrival, we had to call a number that was left on the door in order to someone to let us in. We were introduced to a very tiny room, no wardrobe, no chair, just enough space for the bed. But luckily they had another room available we could stay in. It literally took the guy 5 minutes to "clean" it after the previous guests. Just to add up, the bathroom was dirty too, the heating in our room did not work (even though we phoned twice about it). I did not even know this place had a kitchen I only found out about it now, reading other people's reviews... No reception, no service, no information given whatsoever... All in all you can't expect anything more for 30 quid a night in London. PS: Do not open your blinds unless you want to look out on a huge Jewish cemetery behind the cluttered rear garden!

Clean and comfortable rooms. The neighborhood had a beautiful aroma. It was far away from a lot of things, it took us about 45 mins to go to most places we want by transit, and the walk to the East Ham station was closer to 10 minutes.

Wifi. Ce n'est pas un hotel, ni une maison d'hôte. C'est une maison. Aucun service. Obligé d'appeler le propriétaire à l'arrivée pour accéder à la chambre. Aucune personne sur place. Lit cassé. Salle de bain sale, cuisine sale. A 40min du centre ville en métro. Quartier moyen.... Bruyant! Pas d'isolation.

Le prix, la situation, le lit confortable Il a fallu payer sur place et j'ai été très surprise! Je n'avais pas compris ça en payant sur le site....c'est tout de même une information importante à mettre bien en évidence. Sinon c'était pas mal, pas loin du métro, un bon lit mais pas très joli et il n'y avait pas la télé, ce qui à l'étranger me manque un peu

- Localisation : quartier bruyant et mal frequenté - salle de bain commune sans eau chaude - le terme d'hôtel n'est pas approprié : aucunes enseignes ! Nous arrivons dans une maison d'un habitant style squatte et taudis - sale - beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est, un mauvais rapport qualité prix aucunes qualités de services

hotel je čistý pokoje jsou čisté dobrá cena čtvrť kde se hotel nachází vzhled hotelu (klasický řadový dům bez recepce) musíte volat na check in necítil jsem se bezpečně v dané oblasti 30 minut cestování do centra

- das Bett war sehr bequem und frisch bezogen - frische Handtücher - der Geruch -> ungelüftet - kein eigenes Bad bzw Waschbecken - nicht sehr sauber zum wohlfühlen.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was also very useful. I had to stand outside for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to let me in. You also have to know the house number as there is no sign outside.
