keith and rachael were very accomodating and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it as the start of our holiday just 5 mins from airport

nothing to dislike, would recommend torches to be available for going out in the evening

Every thing, the room was lovely, clean, we'll equipped and the owners were very friendly, helpfully and went out of there way to help us and make our stay the best possible. Fantastic place and people.

Stayed for an overnight before an early flight from Bristol. As we live in Cornwall it allowed us to have a more leisurely start to our holiday.The owner was ready with our cases in her car when we came down after a very good night's sleep. Cannot recommend the pub down the road highly enough, though you may need to book.

the owners were very friendly and helpful, it was superb value for money, the quad room or suite of rooms was excellent, lovely breakfast brought to the room in the morning all included, any extras we asked for like pillows ect were with us immediatly . the location was perfect for our needs. thankyou to the owners for a very pleasant stay.

I was in Bristol overnight before an early flight out, and it was perfect for my needs. I had the top floor, which was really spacious. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on! The service was very friendly, I got a breakfast packed for me because of my early flight and a free ride to th airport, 10m away. Clean, comfortable, friendly. Inexpensive, I would recommend it and stay here again!

Everything about our stay here was excellent.Lovely building, ample parking, nice views, great owner! Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Great atmosphere, great breakfast!! Thankyou so much!

The shower curtain was a bit dodgy! And if thats the main thing I can moan about then you know you are in for a good stay!!!

Convenient for the airport. Large room. Friendly owner. Airport transfer at any hour.

Limited toiletries. (Tricky if you´re hand luggage only.) No dinner available in the Hotel, but excellent Pub/Restaurant just down the road.

We stayed at Apple Tree House for one night as we had an early flight from Bristol, can recommend.

The location to Bristol Airport and the free transfer from the airport to hotel. Comfortable clean room and a lovely breakfast provided in our room in the morning.

We chose it becasue we had a 6.15am flight next morning. Shuttle to airport. Pick-ups and drop-off very smooth and easy. Very nice pub/restaurant within walking distance.

It was nice an quiet despite being on the main road. It was convenient for Weston, Nailsea & Yatton where we were house-hunting. The welcome was warm and the service was tailored to our needs.

We had a very friendly welcome by Keith on our arrival and stayed on the top floor which consisted of a large family room, a separate bathroom and a separate lounge/kitchenette. The bed was so comfy and the facilities were private and clean. We were taken to Bristol airport at 04.30 am and Keith was up and ready for us with our breakfast pack to take to the airport with us. The airport was only 10 minuted away and very convenient. Good value for money with a friendly welcome...lovely family atmosphere.

Fantastic service - Mark and Rachel were very welcoming and accommodating. They bent over backwards to make sure we were well taken care of during our stay. The airport pickup/drop off was an added bonus much appreciated. Would highly recommend this family run B&B.

the hotel is run by a kind family. it was very clean. Room and bathroom big and confortable. really close from the airport just 7 minutes.

attention to detail and military style planning of car manoeuvres

Keith and Rachael are really lovely! I stayed only one night, the room and the bathroom was big and clean, and they can easily help you if you need something (like bring you to the train station). Don't hesitade, book a room!

The collection service from the airport was really quickly responded too. Rachel and her husband run a warm family friendly B & B where nothing is too much trouble. The room was spotless, well decorated, warm and cosy. Breakfast was served in the room at the time of request. I would certainly stay again if I travel to Bristol.

I would have preferred an outdoor area to sit in the evening. However, I appreciate that at present they are trying to address the outdoor space issue so that perhaps next year that could be resolved. However, this was the only 'niggle' and perhaps most would not even consider it to be an important part of B & B stay.

Lack of signage makes it difficult to spot from the road

Could have given cooked breakfast. Fruits for breakfast were'nt fresh.

Very friendly welcome had top floor with own kitchen / lounge and own bathroom would definitely recommend to stay here
