The excellent & attentive service by the owner & staff. Lovely bedroom. Good cooked breakfast, and the very good pub/restaurant nearby which they recommended for evening meal. Not to far out of city centre. |

Walked into the city centre along the river. Wandered around the city centre. City sightseeing tour. Went into the roman baths and pump room. Coffee in Sally Lunds. |

This B&B was well appointed, clean and had a friendly, very accommodating staff. The room we had was large and comfortable, in keeping with the description presented on the website. |

Very clean room and good shower, spacious room, very near bus stop to town, free WiFi, free parking, iron and board and drier in room. Easy to find Some road noise in room (Disraeli), WiFi intermittent, no service in bar Friday evening, breakfast only just about OK (greasy mushrooms and long cooked bacon), parking a bit tight. Further out of town than you might think. |

We wanted a relaxing weekend away from the stresses of work and staying at the Aquae Sulis provided just that. We stayed in the annexe and were delighted by the seclusion and privacy it gave us. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The mattress on the bed is a bit odd! One side of it is rock hard and uncomfortable, the other side is fine. My partner and I took it in turns to sleep on either side! |

I liked the character of the b&b as well as the cleanliness. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. Also the proximity to Bath city centre was convenient |

Room was clean, food was good, everything in the bathroom worked well. They put me in a noisy room at the front, when I had booked a quiet room at the back. They got my breakfast order wrong. Other than attention to these details my stay at the Aquae Sulis was fine. |

- Very friendly and curtoius staff, clean room, free internet so could skype freely, -poor bed quality for a 4 star hotel, no bath top, No dinner option, too expensive compared to other 4 hotels around the south of England with more facilities. |

It was convenient for where I was working and the staff were very helpful; the room was good although up a lot of stairs which for a family, it was a family room, might present a problem. |

The room (Dr Oliver) was very quiet and peaceful as described. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast good choice and delicious. Bed a littel too firm for me but personal choice. |

Very pleasant atmosphere and accommodations. Staff went above and beyond in offering to arrange dinner, help with bus schedule, etc. Wonderful breakfast. Pretty neighborhood with bus stop just next door. Didn't appear to have air conditioning. We were there when nights were cool, but could have been very uncomfortable if they hadn't been. |

B&B was quite central for what I needed, very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was very slow, if you were in a hurry. Bed wasn't comfortable. |

Receptionist was very friendly, WI FI free !!! The room was very spacious I compared it to 8 other places we had stayed over the last two weeks and it was the most expensive for the money. If I was in the area again I would look for something less expensive.. |
