It was an excellent place to stay. The staff were efficient and friendly, the room comfortable and well appointed, parking was available, breakfast was great and it is well located.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and bath and shower room was very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed breakdfast too.

Just a little bit further from centre of town than I would have liked but not a big problem as could take a taxi which staff ordered for me.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean and had recently had new carpets.

Free and easily accessible parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Varied choice of breakfast menu and well cooked. Free internet in all areas. Lovely garden. Bar and lounge available if required. Bus stop very close at hand if required.

Private accommodation with access to garden, and ample parking. Staff helpful always friendly, cheerful and accommodating.

Welcoming, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Ideally situated on the bus route for the centre of Bath.

The staff were extrmely accomodating. The decor, whilst not modern and minimalist was in keeping with the style of the property. However, it did not look dated, it looked appropriate for an older style property. The accomodation was also, clean and tidy and as a solo traveller I felt extremely safe there. The room I had was not en-suite but I was the only one using the bathroom I was shown and if I am honest it did not put me off one little bit. The location was also fantastic for its closeness to Bath city centre, whilst not being right in the city centre itself. I would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff gave us lots of info on restaurants etc when we arrived. Complimentary toiletries were nice.

Very expensive for what you got, all the basics were there but nothing special. The room was very small with a sloped ceiling so you kept banging your head when getting in / out of bed or trying to make a cup of tea! Dust on the bathroom towel rail.

The staff is fantastic- always cheerful and willing to provide information and suggestions. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. Rooms were very inviting and homey. Convenient parking.

My single room had a queen sized bed, the staff were really attentive, breakfast was lovely and the general atmosphere was calm and welcoming.

The Hotel was slightly too far from Central Bath, I decided to drive into town for dinner, as it was cold. (I realise there's excellent transport links, but it was sub zero!)

Every thing was fantastic. They looked after my husband very well, in his sad time after his mum had died. We have booked again for a week in April, cant speak too much praise for this hotel.

Excellent location, within easy bus ride of town centre, beautifully clean, comfortable, wonderful food, friendly staff, well equipped rooms, everything needed for a perfect break.
