The spaciousness, value for money for a family stay, location and friendly welcome, a couple of things didn't work eg one radiator and a plug in sink but, that said it didn't matter at all and we had a great stay. |

Everything that i could possibly need was available in our room so i didnt need to ring reception for anything, and the apartment was definately value for money! The balcony had a nice view of the city too. Excellent location, i could walk to and from the bullring in less than 5 mins, the train station was also a 2 min walk away so it was ideal. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but the only downside is the 11am check out. i got charged £10 for staying an extra 20 minutes. It would be perfect if the check out time was 12 o'clock instead. |

Self Catering Aspect Grubby - floors have been moped unnecessarily using a proprietary finish in the water they are now sticky and thick with fluff, fridge not cleaned properly, rooms poorly ventilated and bathroom smelled of damp |

friendly staff, modern spacious apartment and very convienent for city shopping and activities. Good kitchen facilities within the apartment. the cd player with the TV was not working well. would have preferred a apartment facing the street rather than inwards. parking was expensive. |

Big rooms, kitchen adequetly equipped. Not suitable for business travellers or families as the hotel seems to be used mainly by groups of young people as a base for going out in the city. Contstant running and shouting in the corridors as well as on the rooms balconies. You have been warned. |

Great location! Lots of pubs and bars are just downstairs in an open air square. + 5th floor rooms have a giant upstairs patio which is great for summer drinking! |

it was in a really fantastic location - right in the centre. As a group of friends it was far more sociable and enjoyable than staying in 2 or 3 bedrooms in a hotel - and cheaper too. |
