“ Location was brilliant, next to the Albert Dock and across the road from Liverpool 1. David, the owner, was really helpful. The apartments were very secure, access to the room was vis a security gate,then a security door. Would definitely stay again ”

I chose this for its location - near museums etc amd that it had 2 bedrooms .However i was texted about 2 hours before arriving to say there was a leak and another apartment had bee found much further away form Albert dock (top Old Hall St). This had only 1 Bedroom. We were re located much further away from Albert Dock and given an apartment w 1 bedroom. Good view but then lectricity ran out on 2nd morning. This was recified but no cash re payment for v poor re- location.

David the owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a great location and although basic had everything we needed. One review mentioned the apartment being cold, we had no problem with the heating or hot water. Would definatly stay again. There could have been at least two more dining chairs, there was only two at the table (a bit awkward when there was five of us)

Central to the docks where we came to see 'the little girl event'. I am a wheelchair user and the appartment was suitable, just. David was helpful and friendly

Great location close to Albert Dock, spacious, parking space. Arrangements to gain access to the apartment (part of a private apartment block) was more involved then we expected or would have liked (eg. a series of phone calls to someone waiting for us to arrive, no Archers Apartment sign to help us locate the apartment). The apartment had several attractive features but was let down by poor and broken furniture, a broken tap in one of the bathrooms and other small but annoying faults (eg. no loo brushes, tea towells and bedside table lamps).
