Arden Park Guest House (100% Non Smoking)  

The location of the hotel is excellent - close to the station and amenities. Loved the fact we had a kitchenette - will definately stay again.

Thought the proprietor sounded a bit 'put out' that we were (as a party of 3) arriving seperately and slightly before the 2 O'Clock check in time - not very good customer service. Also, I left payment details so that I could (1) pay with my credit card and (2) make an early departure, but the proprietor ended up asking my colleague to make alternative payment so I have ended up having to pay her with my debit card instead - really inconvenient

The staff at Arden Park Guest House were extremely friendly and made our stay so pleasant. We had one of the three people rooms and it was amazing - very very clean and spacious! Exceeded our expectations.

The only thing that went wrong was we were unable to have breakfast at the time we requested one morning as other people had taken our slot. It was a bit inconvenient but luckily these people finished quickly.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was neat and clean, and the breakfast was very good, and nicely laid out.

Beds were comfortable, free wifi is a good touch. Plenty of space in the rooms and a reasonable price.

Breakfast range was a bit limited, considering we had to pay extra. Also, we weren't allowed to use the washing machine that was in our family room, which was a bit strange.

It is near to where I was going ....and the people were very helpful and friendly .

I would rather a cooked breakfast ..otherwise it was fine ...

Convenient location to town centre. Very clean accommodation. Very friendly staff. Nice and quiet.

We really enjoyed the Arden Park Guest House. It was walkin distance to the train station and the center of town. Mark was very accommodating to our needs and the breakfast they served was excellent. The beds were the most comfortable of all of our guest house experiences while in England.

Within walking distance of theatres and resturants. Very reasonably priced. Clean. Comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Parking difficult but propriator very helpful.

Arden Park is conveniently located near the train station and the town center. Our host voluntarily gave us information about getting around Stratford-upon-Avon and gives his guests access to a netbook in the front hall for accessing more information. Decor throughout was lovely. Our room, which overlooked a back patio, was quiet; and the full cold breakfast (ham, cheese, croissant, cereal, yogurt, tea, etc.) was delicious. Arden Park is my idea of a charming B&B.

As with most B&Bs in Great Britain, there is no lift. You must be able to climb narrow stairs to the guest rooms.

Mark was very attentive, helpful and available.

It's a house that is very well kept and very clean. My room was spacious and so gorgeous with a lovely decoration and a practical bathroom. Moreover, the house smells good as soon as you open the door. The atmosphere is very welcoming. As it is situated next to the railway station, you just deposit your luggage and then go to visit the city centre, which is only a ten-minute walk away.

The mattress was a little slack to me.

The room was cozy,clean,big enough.the bathroom clean.

During the night there was noise from the cars.the window had to be open wih no air conditioning.too strong air refreshner,had to take it off.the toilet needed time to flash properly.you needed to call the owner to find him,no reception desk.
