Arden Park Guest House (100% Non Smoking)  

Owner was extremely friendly and made an effort to be home so we could check in outside of the check-in window. When we arrived early in the morning our room was already ready. The flexibility was great. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and everything was in working order.

It was reasonably priced motel style accommodation in a fairly good location near to Shakespeare's house. Didn't stay for breakfast but it looked pretty good.

Size of the room was a little small for a family of four

The most horrible shower ive ever use。。hot water very slow and u have to use ur hand to hold it。。terrible especially in this weather。。u will be freezed after shower

An excellent accommodation with full self catering facilities to explore Shakespeare's related locations in Stratford upon Avon.Was able to enjoy an own prepared meal using different type of local food purchased from nearby provision shops. The host, Mark, was most friendly and made the stay extremely comfortable, provided location orientation,introduced many sites to visit, routes and timings, etc making our planning much easier, as we had only limited time in this delightful place.

Mark was very nice. All the linens in the room smelled fresh and clean. Room was nicely decorated. The breakfast was great! Would love to return, if only we could come back to the UK soon:)

It is a B&B. Very friendly staff, need booked breakfast. good quality for room facilities and food. very near to railway station and city center.

in the centre of town. only a short walk to all the shakespeare houses and church where hes buried.

Excellent location close to the train station (really is 5 minutes easy walk), and close enough to walk to the attractions in the town. On arrival, I was offered discount vouchers for Shakespeare houses and mad museum, which was great. Clean, nicely-decorated room, with a good bed. Breakfast is continental and was good (fruit, croissant etc) apart from not being offered toast – I waited and it just didn’t happen! (Then I had to leave to catch a train, so didn't ask, which perhaps is what I was supposed to do, but how would you know?)

I had the twin room in the basement – ok for one night or a visit where you don’t spend much time in your room, but otherwise I would find it rather depressing. Bathroom not great in this room.

Brilliant location for train travellers. One of the best-equipped B&Bs I can remember for over 20 years.

what a great place to stay. New facilities. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and even had a washer/dryer in the room. Full kitchen to use in the room. The TV and internet was top notch. Recommend this B&B to everyone.

It was a short walk from Shakespear's birthplace and the town center. The room was very clean and modern. The rooms were set off the main street so they were quiet. NO STAIRS!

Not really anything that I didn't like. It was a great place to stay for the price.

The bed was a memory foam type and was very firm, and quiet uncomfortable, it was a shame as every thing else was so good

Very clean room which appeared to have been newly refurbished. A welcoming and attentive host, the Continental breakfast at £5 is excellent value - we probably drank £5 worth of coffee! Easy walking distance from local attractions. There was a comfortable looking lounge that we did not use as we were out for the evening. The family room was well back from the road and very quiet.

Only 1 thing we were not keen on were the foam mattresses, we find them sweaty and uncomfortable. If there were sprung mattresses we would have marked 10/10.

Very helpful staff, good location - right next to the train station and city centre. Gave my dad some discount cards too.

A quiet guest house very close to the centre of stratford. Very good facilities, parking available close to the guest house. Good value.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and close to train station as well as downtown/shopping, and historical sights were within walking distance. Staff was very personable and accommodating.

The staff at Arden Park Guest House were extremely friendly and made our stay so pleasant. We had one of the three people rooms and it was amazing - very very clean and spacious! Exceeded our expectations.

The only thing that went wrong was we were unable to have breakfast at the time we requested one morning as other people had taken our slot. It was a bit inconvenient but luckily these people finished quickly.

The dining room was beautiful and service was good.

The pressure in the shower was not sufficient, due to which it took longer to shower. The swipe machine wasn't working which caused as I had to be taken to an ATM machine to withdraw cash and make my payment which caused a delay for me to miss my train .

The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was neat and clean, and the breakfast was very good, and nicely laid out.

We were made very welcome here and we were taken to our room by the owner who took time to explain where everything was and give us some tourist advice. We stayed in the superior family room and it even had a little kitchen area. Everything was clean and tidy and very homely. The hotel is a mere 10 mins slow walk into the town and is also very close to the train station. This hotel offers great value for money and I would stay again.

Beds were comfortable, free wifi is a good touch. Plenty of space in the rooms and a reasonable price.

Breakfast range was a bit limited, considering we had to pay extra. Also, we weren't allowed to use the washing machine that was in our family room, which was a bit strange.
