We had a wonderful time at the guesthouse. The room we got is very clean and the bed was very comfy. The proprietress is very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely go back there again.

Jeanne was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about Stratford and the theatre. The room had a lovely fresh aspect and was obviously well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short but that certainly was not because of the hotel.

Jeanne the Proprietor was friendly and helpful. The house was clean and tidy with a beautiful garden, if it had not been for the rain we would certainly have used it. When I next need a break in that area I will certainly use Arden Way and recommend it to my friends and family.

The warm , friendly welcome from the proprietress who showed me to my room explaining the facilities and breakfast times. The excellent room with all the facilities I needed. The delicious breakfasts served with lovely relaxing background music. The help with the directions given. Overall an excellent experience which I would award 5-stars and the highest recommendation.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful Guest House! The owner is a lovely friendly and very helpful person! I had a bit of a problem with my wifi connection, but she helped me straight away so I could use my laptop! She even offered the use of hers if mine hadn't worked! It's a ten minute walk to town, so we didn't need our car while we were there and so left our car in the front parking! We would really recommend this B & B to everyone at this price and quality of room and breakfast!!!

My stay in Stratford was marred by illness, but Jeanne at the Guest House was so incredibly kind that I could cope with the 48 hour setback so well. She made a doctor's appointment for me, drove to her rooms and then went out of the way to check that I was healing. The English breakfast (which I could only enjoy on my lat morning) was generous and tasty. The room was warm and uber-comfortable. A most excellent experience.

It was really close to the town centre but was not noisy. Plenty of lovely walks nearby. Jean was really helpful in suggesting places to visit The ensuite facilities were excellent, however, for a larger person they would have been fairly difficult to access

We were made very welcome as soon as we arrived, we were allowed to leave our car in the car park and collect our room key and drop our bags off, hours before check in time, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, everything you could possible need for your stay, plenty of tea and coffee at hand. the breakfast was beautiful, freshly cooked food, perfectly cooked, the fruit salad contained lots of different fresh fruit, i could have eaten the whole bowlful. the hosts were very friendly and approachable, we will definitely stay here again and again.

Ideal location, being able to leave the car at the premises for no extra cost with only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Strattford. It met all our requirements perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

Everywhere was extremely clean and superbly warm even with sub zero temperatures outside. Owner was very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was a high standard. We would certainly use this guesthouse again.

It was clean, comfortable, with excellent lighting in the bedroom. The location was very convenient for the Theatre and Town Centre. Although on the ground floor at the front, we were unaware of traffic noise, or any noise in the Guesthouse. I appreciated the fresh fruit salad at breakfast.
