The landlady was very friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better and the room was spotless. Parking was handy.

Friendly people, lovely house, comfortable room and perfect location for the town centre and for visiting the RSC theatre. Couldn't have asked for more. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Great location with free parking. Very cozy rooms and comfortable bed. Great full English breakfast. It also has a very nice garden area, but it was too cold to use when we stayed there.

Very friendly welcome by Jeanne, the tenant, with a lot of information on the town. She was also so kind to reduce the price of the booked rome because I arrived alone and we were not two as previously booked. A fantastic full English breakfast.

Lovely little B&B, with excellent staff

The welcome from the landlady made us feel instantly at home. The whole guest house was spotless and our room was very big and comfortable. It was within easy walking distance of everything in Stratford. The breakfast was the best we've had for a long time. Loved it.

Where shall I start? Jeanne is an extremely good host; friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, nothing too much trouble. The guesthouse was spotless, well decorated and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great in every way. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the river and the centre of Stratford. We really enjoyed our daily walks to and from the town, and of course parking was free! Much much cheaper than hotels in the centre of the town, which meant we had more money to spend during our four night stay there. We would normally choose to stay in a larger hotel in the centre of the town where we are staying but we missed nothing and gained much! We will certainly recommend and stay again if we go back.

Jeanne was a fantastic host very friendly and helpful she sat us down with a map and told us places we could go and how to get round the town. Our bed was so comfy and looked out onto the fantastic garden which we hope we can make use of in the summer when we return.

Perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants and sights in Stratford. Very pleasant and helpful owner.

Everything about this stay was perfect, my 13 year old daughter and I have never stayed in a Guesthouse before (and we don't usually stay in Hotels either). The host was so helpful, she allowed us to keep the car there after we checked out which was really nice of her. Breakfast was amazing, room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The Guesthouse was really quiet, we were just left to do our own things, and come and go as we please. The location of the Guesthouse is ideal, it's within walking distance to all the major sites and shops. When we return to Stratford-upon-Avon we will book to stay here again!!

The friendly & helpful owner- nice room & facilities,locality close to Stratford centre

Jeanne gave us a warm, friendly welcome and was so helpful regarding local sights and places to eat etc. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, well-appointed with their ensuite shower and loo, quiet, lovely garden and a good English breakfast. Couldn't fault it, really good value.

How good the Lady got the room ready earlier for us, we stayed in town another day after stay, and asked if we wanted to leave our luggage there after we checked out. Lady also gave us tips on things to do in the town. These were all appreciated.

The limited time available when breakfast served especially on New Year's Day when had not retired to bed until 2 am after NY's Eve celebrations - very reason staying there.

My wife and I have just returned from a two night new year break at Arden Way Guest House and we had such a lovely relaxing time. Our room was comfortable, warm and quiet with a very clean en-suite/shower. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily and the breakfast was great – full English with bacon, egg, sausages, fried bread, tomatoes and mushrooms plus tea/coffee, fruit juice, cereals, fresh fruit salad and yoghurts – perfect for starting the day. Jeanne is a wonderful host and was very welcoming even when we arrived early before she had chance to make up our room. We were allowed to leave our car in the car park outside the house before we checked in and after we had finished our final day in Stratford. The guest house is about 5 minutes walk to the riverside/recreation ground and 10 minutes into Stratford town centre for all the attractions. There are some nice walks in the immediate area around the park and riverside and the area is quiet and safe. Overall, a fabulous break and we would definitely recommend Arden Way.
