Arden Way Guesthouse22 Shipston Rd, CV37 7LP Stratford-upon-Avon (Show map) Exceptional, Score from 120 reviews“Arden Way was first rate. The location was just what we wanted in Stratford. We could park the car up and were just a short walk from the town centre (important in Stratford as parking is expensive and limited).”
Neil,
Haworth, Keighley
Arden Way is a family run Guest House, offering a hearty breakfast and being just a 5-minut walk from the theaters. All rooms but one (which has unattached, but private facilities) have private bathrooms and there is ample parking for guests. Arden Way Guest House has 6 rooms, all tastefully decorated. Arden Way was awarded a 2005 - 2006 AA Red Diamond Award in recognition of being among one of the best 10% of AA rated 3 diamond establishments, due to the quality of the bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas. We are conveniently situated for the Cotswolds, Warwick Castle and the NEC convention center. Hotel Rooms: 6

Everything was great about this guesthouse - the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was beautiful and the owner gave us some great hints and tips about how to make the most of our stay in Stratford.

Absolutely brilliant b&b - best one I have stayed in. Host was lovely, breakfast was amazing, the room was immaculate and bathroom lovely. The decor was even impressive and room size huge. I had a baby with me and the cot was great and plenty of room for it. Quiet, good parking and excellent location.

It is very easily to locate. Ample car park facility. No need to move car, most places of interest in Strafford-upon -Avon within walking distance, less than 5 mins to the centre. And in less than 5 mins walk you can get on to a hop-on-hop -off bus to see all the places of interest. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. It is well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. When I go there again, I will stay at the same place.

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and the guesthouse was very inviting, clean and comfortable. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the owner, who made your stay very enjoyable. There was a vast choice in breakfast provided and you could have exactly what you liked. It was very central to the area we wished to explore, so met all our expectations. We would not hesitate to go back for another stay and would highly recommend to all our friends and family. There was nothing we didn't like about Arden Way Guesthouse.

We were given a warm wellcome. Jeanne Hallworth was more than willing to provide us with information about the area and in particular places we intended to visit. She also made phone calls on our behalf to obtain information re events. The En-Suite Room was spacious and comfortable. The dining table was well laid out with good qaulity cutlery, crockery and the food was also a good standard and freshly cooked. Off road car parking was as advertised.

perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere. Jeanna was a wonderful hostess, providing directions and even a 2 for 1 entrance coupon to the Shakespere houses. When I mentioned how much I liked the jam on the breakfast table, she went to the store and bought a jar for me to take home. Would highly recommend this guesthouse, however, might consider a room at the back as it is on a busy street and there was morning traffic noise.

The landlady was very kind and helpful: providing basic information of the town and tips for visitors, warm conversation at the breakfast table, etc. Her warm reception made my stay really comfortable. The hotel location is rather far from the railway station.

Another excellent stay at Arden Way. Once again we were very welcome and the cooked breakfast was excellent. This combined with its proximity to the theatre mean that we will no doubt return.

Spent one night at Arden Way and wouldn't hesitate returning. Jeanne was the perfect hostess, very warm and personable and made us feel very at home. Our room was immaculate and had all the necessary facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful cooked breakfast which kept us going for the rest of the day. Location ideal for the town centre, only a five minute walk away. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Stratford.

Jeanne, was absolutely wonderful and treated us extremely well. The breakfasts are home cooked and a great way to start the day. Upon arrival Jeanne sat down with us to review the city map and point out places to see and things we must do. Overall it was the perfect place to stay while in Stratford.

We had a wonderful stay at Arden Way Guesthouse, we go to Stratford every year, the guesthouse we usually use was fully booked so we tried this one, well from now on i will be staying here. The owners were perfect hosts, friendly, helpful, informative and just genuinely nice people. The guesthouse was clean and well maintained and the breakfasts were delicious. Who could ask for anything more?

It was clean, comfortable, with excellent lighting in the bedroom. The location was very convenient for the Theatre and Town Centre. Although on the ground floor at the front, we were unaware of traffic noise, or any noise in the Guesthouse. I appreciated the fresh fruit salad at breakfast.

Everything was very nice: It's a very comfortable and friendly house with beautiful decoration. Location is strategic: quiet and close to main street. Breakfast might have more bread options.
