Nothing to dislike here. Will return if in Inverness again.
Great value for money. Excellent room. Super breakfast. Wi-Fi reception excellent. Friendly staff. Free off road parking
Friendly atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. Breakfast was enjoyable and there was plenty of choice.
Absolutely nothing, given the opportunity I will use this establishment again, and also recommend it to fellow travelers.
Friendly owners, close proximity to centre of town.
A bit noisy when large group checked in at 11 pm
Waffles fruit and youghurt
Clean , comfy bed, very happy!
Conveniently situated, with onsite parking, in easy walking distance from both town and canal.
Very friendly and helpful owner, Andrea, took care of everything in order to provide us a pleasant stay!

Vegetarian Breakfast with Gluten free bread
Everything was just right, home from home feel and great location. The power shower didn't have much power if that was sorted then I could not fault the place in one way. And that's being ultra picky. I will be back whenever I am in Inverness.
The house was interesting and the room large.
During the night, the room got very cold.
Nothing to dislike
Comfort and friendliness
Having to go home.
Andrea's hospitality. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was spot on - loved the waffles and fresh fruit in yoghurt!
Leaking shower that made bathroom perminently smell damp. Bed was too soft for me, others may like it !!
Location. Breakfast. Free WiFi.
The fact I had to leave!
The landlady, the bed, the shower, the building, the breakfast, the cleanliness and a whole lot more.
Friendly welcome, comfy bed, excellent breakfast, off road parking, 10/15 minutes walk to town centre.
The bed was slightly sloping to one side where people had been sitting on the bed.
The only issue was that it is an old house and has gaps in the windows which lets cold air in. The bed near the window gets cold. Some proper double glazing willstop this issue.
The room was nice clean and comfortable. The bath room nice and clean And had nice bath products and a moisturiser too.The breakfast was very good and fresh. I liked the fresh breakfast. The hosts were helpful and friendly too. Giving me all brochures about what to do in Inverness.
It was all good.
The locations was great. Short walk into town. Room was very comfortable. Our hostess was very friendly and breakfast was excellent.
We liked everything. The house was located near the city centre, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and very comfortable and we enjoyed good nights of sleep. Andrea - the owner - was very welcoming and we felt at home right away. The breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day! All in all, a superb place which we'd recommend to everyone.
Owner was great, I arrived early as I had a wedding to go to and my room was ready for me to get changed. Breakfast choices were also good. Bed was comfy.
Ardmeanach House is an good example why I Always prefer a B&B above a hotel: a clean room with everything you need + friendly and personal service
Proximity to town Friendliness of owner Great Scottish breakfast
