Great nights sleep, bed so comfy, Breakfast was lovely, everything I wanted and more. Staff were very helpful and my room a lot bigger than I expected.
very small tv and the walls are quite thin. Halls felt very outdated, could do with a wee spruce up. Apart from those minor things, it was great.
Bed very uncomfortable. Room too warm. Ground floor front room noisy with people checking in and ringing bell until late at night .
Central to inverness first night had bathroom in the room and the room was ample
Second night aVery small room like a cell and having to go upstairs to use the shared bathroom..
I liked everything.
Absolutely nothing to criticise.
Staff very helpful and friendly, although no designated car park, it was easy to find space outside on the road. Free wifi and excellent speed. Overall a pleasent experience and would go back again
Couldnt get the radiators to work but found an electric dimplex heater in the wardrobe so used it
friendly staff, large clean room, everything looked very recently redecorated, good breakfast, very efficient breakfast service
paper-thin walls, I was kept awake by the snoring of the gentleman next door and the argument of the couple on the other side
The location near centre and quiet
No tea pot for breakfast
A stones throw from the river, a Tesco, Chinese, bakery, and chip shop close by. What more could you ask for, walking distance to local attractions such as the botanic gardens, the castle, the museum, only 14 miles from Loch Ness bad stops near by too. Our room was warm, and comfy, the shower was very powerful, and our room was offered to be serviced each day. As I'm vegan and my partner is ceoliac we did not have breakfast but I did hear other guests say it was lovely.
I literally have no complaints.
We were very pleased at the family room we checked into, double bed for us and the kids had a single bed each and there was still loads of room, Lovely and clean, cannot fail our stay at all, would thoroughly recommend.
The location was good, easy walk into the centre. The room was very clean. We got a good price.
It was far too hot to sleep, even with the radiator off and the window open (this was in March!) The window was small and overlooked a roof. We had a twin room, but slightly wider single beds would have been better. A shelf in the bathroom would be a really useful addition.
Very central location beside the river.Clean surroundings, breakfast is gorgeous. Nice stay
The hotel met all my needs fully and the staff were more than helpful when asked a question
Despite reporting to the hotel staff that my room had no running hot water and being reassured that the problem would be rectified nothing was done or the problem passed on to the duty manager so having 2 very cold showers on a chilly Inverness evening and morning is not really recommended except if you happen toenjoy that sort of thing ( I certainly dont) overall the hotel was well run and the staff were helpful with the exception of the hotwater issue can I suggest that staff listen to the guests problems and talk to each other.
Not so keen on the meat at breakfast time. Thin walls, could hear everything the neighbours said.
Very thin walls, kept awake by next door guests snoring.
lovely clean room and en suite, excellent breakfast!
nothing, highly recommend.
I liked the rooms and the service. The shower was nice as was the bed.
I liked everything really. Nothing bad to say!
We were allowed to check in early, we were allowed to check out late, they out the ironing board up for us in the dining room and also let us leave our bags after checkout. Nothing was any hassle at all! Couldn't fault them!
The room was lovely & breakfast fab
The corridors need some tlc
25 quid for a bed with a tv and a cup of tv... can't argue with that
I liked the upgrade to a bigger room at no additional charge. The property was clean and near a nice bakery. We had a car so we could reach places easily.
The water pipes make loud sounds that can be disturbing especially at night. I think the wash basin should be fitted with a hot/cold water mixer. Having either very cold or very hot water is not convenient.
First floor accommodations as requested.
Breakfast was very nice and even though we didn't hand in our order the night before for our second morning, the staff were more than happy to cook the same for us.
Beds weren't over comfortable nor were they uncomfortable. Ours was squeaky even just sitting on it as well....
