Good location, friendly staff, good value
Staff were friendly and room was excellent value for money
Walls were thin could hear muffled voices from other rooms
Cleanliness of the room and the excellent customer care/service
We were made to feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Very hospitable, clean, warm and good breakfast
No communal lounge area
Locality price and staff.
lack of storage in bathroom no where to put toothbrush, toiletries etc. didn,t like glass tops on bedside cabinets as they kept on slipping and was sure they would eventually be on floor!!
Staff were very friendly the room was comfortable and the location was excellent.
There was nothing not to like about this hotel.
Room key got stuck, need upgrade, central heater

Great sized rooms !. Clean, great location, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Exceeded expectations.
Central location, shower was great.
Decor was a bit dated.
Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked. Rooms were adequate
Layout of the room was awkward and lighting was poor. Rooms need painting as very marked and stained
You can get breakfast in a pub closeby for 3,99 pound
Great room, comfortable. What you expect of a b&b
The staff were good and helpfull and breaky was good and dished out as soon as I was ready for it
Surprised from the outside looked like an old style B&B, expecting quaint. room was very modern, newly refitted, very swish, bathroom also newly refitted. The breakfast room was open plan and very well run, food was excellent.
Parking overnight was fine, needed to move the car during the day. No fault of the hotel, council parking restrictions.
Clean warm rooms. Responsive staff
Breakfast is not included
Everything was excellent you couldn't fault it in any way.
Good location and accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, great value for money would stay again
very good location and traditional English guest room
Clean, modern, comfy, good value for money
Did not sleep at all due to drunk people inside the b&b shouting and stomping around all night! I know this is not the b&b's fault as such but would put me off booking again which is a shame as the room we had was lovely for what we paid!
