we were treated very well consistently by all staff we came across, the room was spacious, clean and airy, and had good facilities. the beds were firm and there was plenty of space to walk around, that was with my mother me and my 6 year old sharing one room. i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable central and decent accommodation.
I can't think of any negatives!
Very friendly and accommodating. Great location.
You couldn't get much closer to all the action than this. We were surprised by how new and modern our room was (we weren't expecting this based on the price point). We had a great stay and felt a warm welcome right from the start.
Size of room. Cleanliness Efficiency of breakfast order. Friendliness of staff Location
Pattern on carpet!
We had a nights stay on our way home after a holiday. We arrived early without letting the owners know and there was no issue. We were sound asleep by 9.30 and didn't hear a thing until the morning. We will book here again.
We could have done with more milk portions.
Old alarm clock

Perfect location and very good price!
Location, location, location. Close to train station (about 10 minutes walk.). Plus the free parking after 5.pm. This time had a very quiet room and the price was good compared to other places we have stayed in around Inverness.
Good place to stay within walking distance to Inverness. Breakfast was great.
Floors squeak so all night long if anyone is walking around on the floor above it becomes annoying
Close proximity to Eden Court theatre and also city centre. All facilities required all within close walking distance.
Staff very friendly. Comfy beds. Good facilities. Good location.
The room was very hot even with heating off and windows open. Shower wasn't great, low pressure.
Location to the town was very good
Room was right next to the dining area, people were also walking by our room all night and morning. They started to clean rooms around 7am and the store cupboard was across from our room, they kept opening and closing the cupboard...became very annoying.
In need of decoration Sparsly furnished with basic furniture Poor quality mattress Shared bathroom was 2 flights of stairs up
The location of the guest house is perfect. Close to the shopping centre but quietly tucked away near the River Ness. The room was fine with all of the facilities required. The bed was comfortable and I was very happy staying here. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very helpful.
Easy for parking, friendly staff
Warm welcome. Quiet
Room quite small but didn't affect my enjoyment of stay
Warm welcome, lovely room.
Location and Staff
Noisy during the night and early in the morning because of the very young tenants living next to us at this particular time.
