the clean comfortable room

no problem. though 1 of the glasses in the lavotory was a bit dirty

Ideally suited for our visit to University of Glasgow.Helpfull staff and breakfast made our short visit a pleasure.

The 1400 booking in time was not ideal and the elevator doors closed a bit to quickly for an old guy like me.

Rooms should have a refregeration and fresh water.

enjoyed the comfort of the room, had an excellent breakfast and the staff were very helpful

Staff were friendly and room although very small was clean.Breakfast was fine.

It was not convenient to underground stops or shopping.We found the room extremely warm and found the heat too much at night.

The location is excellent just next to Kelvingrove Park and the art museum, with easy access to the centre of town. There is a bus stop outside the hotel which has buses going to the airport at a fraction of the price. The hotel room was excellently decorated for the price excellent value, I rate this hotel first class for value. The staff very helpful and polite.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel I can think of.

the buffet breakfast was not the best as quite greasy from lying in fat
