Clean and Worth the Money, Close to SECC Good Service

Couldnt get TV to work with Remotes and No Instructions in Hotel Booklet

There was no mirror in the bedroom, making it difficult for the wife to do her hair.

We stayed in this hotel after a night out and loved it! The decor was homely and tasteful; it was clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was nice and fresh and it was great value for money. We would definitely stay again...

Rooms a bit small but clean Bathrooms dated - pink bathroom suite.

I liked the fact it was so easy to visit the centre of Glasgow for shopping and the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Special mention for the young waiter that served us with our dinner. A polite and ppleasant young man

Staff had poor knowledge of in the area tourist facilities - Internet & PC facilities, saying i don't know live here only work here. WiFi was poor

central to west end and close to night life and easy access to city centre.

A good clean, comfortable hotel in a great city centre location. 15 minute walk to main shops but only 5 to Kelvingrove museum. Breakfast good and staff friendly.

Breakfast was fine.

We were told we could check in at 2:30pm. We arrived on time and were not allowed into our rooms until 3pm. We asked for a wake up call at 3am. Before bed we called the desk and confirmed the wake up call. We never received the wake up call.. and could have missed our flight. The night porter said the girl wrote in on a post it and never imput it into the system. I do not care what the problem was- this should not happen.

The rooms were nicely decorated staff yhere to help as I wanted a nice Italian restaurant and they told me where to go sldo 20% didcount because of it. Clean safe and will definitely be returning if I come to Glasgow.

I like the area where hotel is. The quality of breakfast was fair to the price of hotel (not bad)

I don't like the card payment facilities and the way booking.com and this hotel have poor communication. Also there is a very bad parking facilities only 4 spot in a very awkward location.

Room was a little to small

The staff in the breakfast room were extremely kind and helpful (we came after breakfast closing time).

We stayed in the Annex opposite the main hotel. For us it was to walk up the stairs to front door. Walk downstairs and then up again (same level as we came in). Think it would have been better to stay in the main hotel.
