Bathroom was ok
Room was a bit small for a double room
room was comfortable, facilities clean,
wifi connection poor, the hotel's location is incorrect on google maps - i walked around for half an hour looking for the hotel
in a double bedroom there is only a small table with one chair. Then the breakfast is provided to the room, which makes it impossible for 2 people to sit beside the table and have food together. The shower only has two temperatures, 100 or 0 degree, no way to get to a comfortable temperature. The pedal on the garbage bin does not work so every time we had to open the lid with hand.
Have stayed at this hotel a few times and can recommend it..The rooms are clean and nice and the staff are very friendly..24 hour reception and free parking,
Staff Price Location Modern
Not Clean(forgot to clean previous socks) A/C problem the room was quite cold Noisy from many people around the area and hotel Poor Breakfast
Toilet small room Faulty air-condition Little breakfast Bad smel
Wi- fi Breakfast Noisy
Staff in the hotel is very helpful. They bring breakfast to your room, which is quite surprising, as normally I expect some cantine, but it's good idea. However the only possibility is to eat it in bad, bacause there is only one chair and too small table. Location of Arinza is pretty good - about 20 minutes to center and close to the center of Ilford, where you can find some places to eat and have fun.
At the first sight room looked clean. But I couldn't resist the feeling that carpet is quite dirty. There were also numerous ants in our room, so you couldn't leave any food or drink open, because there will dozens of ants on it. Room and bathroom could be bigger, but this was the size I was expecting. We were also not able to close window completly, but there were air-con so even if it is close outside you can heat the room. But there is no heating in bathroom so in the morning it may be cold there.
Wifi in the rooms
Not my first choice of stay for the amount. Was a rushed decision
Nice. Comfortable. Close to high street and shops. Good bus and train network. Bus stops and train station 5 minutes walk. I recommend this place.
Neat rooms Breakfast Quiet place Good staff
Bath is so tight
Attentive staff. Nice comfortable room.
Clean rooms. Wifi. Comfortable bed. Privacy.
All day the same breakfast. Noise from next room. Rooms are quite small for the price.
Very small single room. It is very noisy (the conditioner on the street).
The warm, and professional treatment from the receptionist and other staff members, that made me revisited the hotel over and over again.
Location Room decor comfy bed
Air-con not working No ventilation, too hot. Didn't get our breakfast.
The courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms
Location was good as was the price for a location this close to the centre of London.
Have been charged 3 times for the 1 room, please ensure you check your card statements carefully, they will be getting am earful tomorrow.
The place was nice and clean and the location was perfect for my needs. Staff were very polite and friendly and the reception hotel overall was much better than I had expected! A pleasant surprise!
The bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep in - I think it was probably quite an old mattress - but I am probably being picky here!
excellent reception, decorated room, clean
very small room, no window, whole night noise in corridors.
Second night was a better experience, room was ready and night was quiet, maybe because staff/management changed over.
First night didn't arrive until after 9pm yet room wasn't entirely ready. Hardly any sleep until after 2pm as foyer was very noisy, including the staff/management. Breakfast more suited to kids as it was frosties and cakes.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area and it's really close to a bus station (2 minutes walk) which further gives you access to the Gant Hill tube station (20 minutes walk). The front desk staff was really nice. The room was clean.
The guy cleaning the room knocked on my door every 20 minutes asking me when I was going to leave the room. This happened two days in a row and it really made me feel uncomfortable. The walls are quite thin so you can hear all kinds of noises from the other rooms (I heard my neighbour's phone alarm every morning).
the continental breakfast was delivered to my door everyday at my requested time. Room service people were very nice and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath towels. The front desk people were also friendly and helpful when I needed directions. The price/value was better than I expected.
the area where the hotel is located, wasn't as central to London as I hoped and read online. Every trip to Central London required many train rides which made planning to go anywhere a much longer process. The top attic room I was in, had sharp angles which I kept bumping my head into, until I got used to bending over to avoid hitting my head, but that was only a minor problem.
