Lovely 18th C listed building in the heart of Inveraray. The stone-built cottage has two flats (ground floor plus maisonette flat) and has recently been renovated and refurbished. It has a cosy warm feel and guests enjoy the homely atmosphere. There are two bedrooms, one is a bedroom with 2 x single beds and an electric shower room and whb; a double bedroom, sofa bed in the lounge and sun room and a beautiful Spanish tiled bathroom. Constant hot water in the bathroom with electric shower. A well-tuned piano is in the lounge for musical guests! The kitchen/dining room is very well equipped and leads through to a sun lounge where you can enjoy looking out to the garden and the birds at the bird-table. There is a lovely small garden and terrace to the rear of the building outside the rear sun lounge on the ground floor. The house is situated near the shops, garage, cafes, shops and is a great central base for touring the region of Argyll, Loch Lomondside and the Trossachs National Park, Kintyre and the West Coast of Scotland.

This historic 18thC listed house is situated in the middle of Inveraray in a quiet lane. In the village there are varied small shops, cafes, tearooms, small restaurants and a traditional Scottish village pub with live music at weekends. There is a large supermarket nearby and a local butcher. The house is only 5 minutes walk to the side of Loch Fyne with lovely country walks in the area. Inveraray Jail and Inveraray Castle are interesting historic places to visit as well as lovely country walks. There are facilities for bike riding, motor-bike trails and instruction and diving in this area as well as horse riding. Lovely area to be used as a base for touring the West Highlands of Scotland, Loch Lomond, Glencoe and Kintyre.
