Convenient to the town centre, Winter Gardens, the BIC and the beach. Clean in every respect not a speck of dust to be found anywhere. Cosy with 60's\70's seaside charm in the breakfast room, bar and rooms. Considerate staff in all respects especially the night porter.
Probably needs the decor updating in the future.
The best thing was the staff, so helpful like nothing was too much trouble. Room was the right money for the stay not to cheap or over priced. Parking facility. Location - ability to come out of hotel in to park.
Rooms are small. Could do with being a bit more modern.
We chose Arlington primarily for proximity to The Bournemouth International Centre. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect for both shopping and our son's graduation at the BIC.
Fantastic Location, free parking, free wifi in lounges, good breakfast, comfy bed, very warm inside.
Very small room but fine for overnight stay, could do with refurbishing.
All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Just 5 min to the sea. And 2 min to the BIC. I had a good night in here.
We had a great time and was very happy with this hotel.
Nothing all good.
Location was excellent, convenient for town centre, concert hall, winter gardens and sea front.
Bit dated but understand work to replace carpets etc is in hand.
Friendly staff, clean and excellent food
Central, free parking, friendly staff
Room small and a little tired, breakfast only served till 9am
Staff very helpful & friendly. Excellent Breakfast, plentiful & tasty. Evening meal was also very good
I am afraid the bedroom we were in was badly in need of refurbishment & rather small but comfortable nonetheless
The food was good with a variety of menus. Comfortable room , plenty of storage space.
Would have liked a room with a view but booked late. Our room was over the kitchen.
The location of the hotel is good and has a nice view of the park at the back.
The room we got (18) was very very hot even with the windows open. If you like mirrors then pick this hotel because they are literally everywhere!! And not just the walls in your room but on all walls in the hotel.
Liked the location, central to everything in Bournemouth Cheapish. Dinning room staff very pleasant
Very poor quality beds, mattresses very lumpy, pillows awful, bed linen poor quality. Breakfast obviously precooked and kept warm
Situated in a first class location, especially with the easy access to the Gardens. The staff were most polite and helpful.A generous breakfast served - with a smile! The bar was comfortable with a very pleasant outlook. This hotel definitely warrants a return visit!
My wife & I with our children (teenagers) stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during the summer whilst on a short break! Loved the location as it's close to the beach & town shopping area! Staff were helpful and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Bournemouth.
Not much to say here. Nothing that we disliked. Not a brand new sparkling hotel, but we did not expect it to be one - so we're not dissappointed at all!
The location of the hotel was excellent, minutes from beaches, the staff were very friendly.
The room was on the small size, however we knew about it.
view over the park. Good breakfast halfway between town and the beach which suited us fine staff very nice gave us a little fridge
booked a quad room with booking.com then the hotel phoned me the next day to say they only had a triple and a single for the first night, we took it but we all slept badly, the next day we were give a quad then we slept fine. kettle was a bit dirty inside cobwebs on the lampshades breakfast was a bit early 8-9 we had a massive spider on the net curtains on the last night, lucky Im bave, not the hotels fault as we left the windows open all the time
location of the hotel was excellent food was good
parking was a bit hectic also we saw a big rat in the back garden
The location because it has direct access to park. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable . Breakfast was of good and well presented .
Evening meal was expensive ,would have been nice to have a two corse menu , and better presented menu itself. It would have been nice to have had bar food at lunchtimes overlooking the park.
Excellent hotel with perfect location, nice breakfast. Rooms a little bit small, but its great value for the price.
Not the most modern hotel but it does not matter as this hotel gives you everything you could want.
Shower pressure was a bit low
Location close to town and beach/pier and lower park area could not be better. Staff friendly and magnificent breakfasts. Pro's definitely outweighed the Con's.
Getting a bit threadbare in places, will need some TLC/refitting sooner rather than later! Parking might have been a nightmare for a quick departure as the cars are parked like sardines in a can.
Location was the greatest thing about this hotel
Breakfast was the only thing wrong!
Was a good place to stay central location everybody was very welcoming and friendly would go back again
Location was amazing and great to have parking
As a small double room, the bathroom was very small-compact with little room between shower and wall
