Centrally located.

No interaction on Saturday and Sunday. May be more suited for long stay guests. No facilities for breakfast or quick food.

Disturbing sound from box over the door. Staff tried to locate and eliminate, but did not succeed. We had to turn off all the electricity (including refridgerator) to get rid of the sound. I went to management the day after, and they promised us a new room. We were offered a smaller room with smaller bathroom and smaller bed. Not really what you expect when you have had one nights trouble. We did not take the room. And were not offered compensation. Hard to recommend a place with such management. It would have been so easy for them to please us, but chose the easy (?) way out. Sorry!

Size of bed

The kitchen was equiped splendid.

The beds are very hard plus there were only used blankets to cover ourselves at night. No quilts or duvets unfortunately.

Helpful reception staff. Size of the rooms. View from the rooms (room 85). Design and facilities. Generally one of the best apartments we have stayed in on our visits to London over the last 30 years.

Bedside lamps in the room will be useful and the beds can have more comfortable duvets to match the standard of the apartment.

The location and size of the appartment was great.

Given the cost of the appartment, I felt it unreasonable to charge $20 a day for wi-fi access. I also felt it was unreasonable to charge for two extra towels in a week. Every other hotel or appartment we stayed at during our 6 week trip provided free wi-fi and extra towels without further charge.

It's a very good location, clean and very big rooms for London. You have every day cleaning service, it's a very nice place to stay.

We don't have something for cleaning shoes.

*Not flexible (asked for late check out the manger was so tough and the assistant as well ) . *No free wi-fi *No clear procedures for check in or check out. (I checked in & out without signing on any paper )

Location is very good with shopping on one side and Green Park with Buckingham Palace on the other.

The taps in the bathroom, full on or full off no in between. The shower taps a little complex too. Oddity one would expect, no big deal.

Very friendly staff. Very spacious apartments. Fantastic location for sightseeing.

Perfect location for sightseeing, shopping, theatre going. Nice, tidy.

The location was incredible. You couldn't get more central if you tried. Walk to Buckingham Palace (5 mins), overlooking Green Park, neighbours to St. James Palace and the Ritz. Hop on Hop Off Buses around the corner. Bond Street (5min) walk. Picadilly and Oxford Circus easy walks (15-20 minutes). Underground around the corner... The apartment itself (3 bedroom with each an ensuite) - was huge. More than enough space for 6 people. Large Kitchen, dining room and living room. Bright and clean, and everything you needed for your stay in London.

There wasn't much not too like - it had it all - EXCEPT... and it would have been nice to have - oven mitts, extra towels, tissues, scissors, and a few extra dishwasher tablets... Cleaning on the weekends would really be a plus...

Clean and well-decorated apartment. The cleaners came in everyday (except for easter weekend, which is understandable). Porters were very friendly and helpful.

The shower in the bath did not work, so we could only use the shower room.

interiors too bold temperature fluctuating too much (too cold in the sitting room and too hot in the bathrooms)

close to everywhere... big room and enough facilities... i will stay there next time...

internet should be free...the bathroom faucet is not good...

Very nice, clean and large apartment. Everything you needs is included in the kitchen and new. All amenities included. Great location beside Piccadilly Street, Green Park, Underground station, shopping, etc. Secured. Friendly staff and door man. Pre-arrival communication was very effective and baby crib and high chair was provided free of charge.

To reach the elevators, you needs to go down two sets of 8 stairs making very difficult access for baby pushchairs and impossible for handicaps access. The booking site should not say this venue is accessible by elevator! Internet is a paid service

Location is very nice, quit place

The lifts is very small and i face some problem to get my baby stroller in , need to change the policy of changing towels
